House in Vilas do Atlântico
House well located in the district of Vilas do Atlântico at 600 meters from the beach (5 minutes walk). Available for seasonal rentals, guests of all origins are welcome. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 1 kitchen, pool, outdoor shower, balconies and 3 rooms. All rooms are air conditioned. Well ventilated home, quiet neighborhood and safe place. Located 9 Km from Salvador International Airport and 32 Km from the center of the Bahian capital.
The property has a large plot with pool, porch, garden and leisure area. The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet, there is a square in front of the house for fun and the beach is located a few meters from the house.
A housekeeper will come every day to clean the balconies and pool, and weekly a day-laborer to make housekeeping. We will leave guests at ease, but if there is any problem, we will be on hand to help.

Área externa excelente, com piscina grande com cascata. Área de convivência agradável. Cozinha grande e conservada. Segundo andar com quartos e banheiros com arquitetura mais antiga, porém bem conservada e com todos os quartos com ar-condicionado. Localização perto da praia, há 3 minutos de carro. Administradora da casa muito receptiva, de fácil acesso e sempre disposta a nos ajudar com nossas necessidades. Experiência muito agradável, recomendamos.

A dona Ana é muito atenciosa.
A casa é ventilada, bem equipada (adorei pois chegamos com crianças e isso ajudou muito) Tem uma área verde imensa na frente. Piscina e área de churrasco impecáveis. Não posso deixar de mencionar o excelente bom gosto na variada biblioteca (Meu marido amou).
