Our second time

It's our second time there. Wonderful location, good service and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and, although she was not present in our check-in, she left cute welcome gifts for us. I highly recommend it. The only complain was the social bathroom that had flooding issues for a couple of days (it happened on our first time in 2019 as well), but it was quickly addressed by the owner.

Eu vou a Vilas desde de criança, então conheço muitos imóveis, mas o de Nilma é impecável, limpo, organizado, roupas de cama e banho ótimas, aliás ela é uma excelente anfitriã, atenciosa. Podem alugar sem medo, pois o imóvel faz jus as fotos!

Férias em Vilas

Foi a segunda vez que passamos temporada nesse imóvel. A experiência foi novamente incrível. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, de frente ao mar como queríamos. Vilas tem restaurantes e um comércio que atende todas as necessidades para quem está com crianças ou idosos e, embora o imóvel esteja localizado em um lugar calmo, afastado do burburinho do centro do condomínio, o acesso a todas as facilidades pode ser feito até a pé. A limpeza é um ponto muito positivo. O apartamento é bem decorado e equipado. A anfitriã é muito simpática e solícita! Voltaremos em breve. Recomendo!

O imóvel foi reformado e está muito aconhegante. A localização é excelente já que fica de frente para o mar e entre duas boas barracas de praia com piscinas naturais na maré baixa. Excetente pars crianças. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e disponível.

Imóvel Excelente, localização maravilhosa

Fiquei maravilhado com a qualidade do imóvel, fiquei satisfeito co o serviço do condomínio e bem feliz com a localização (há 50 mt das barracas de praia). Eu tenho três crianças e local é perfeito para mim. É importante observar as dificuldades, todavia: o comércio mais próximo está há 1 km de distãncia e é deve ir preparado para pagar um consumo de energia que achei um pouco caro. Mas apesar dessas pequenas mazelas foi tuo maravilhoso e voltarei mais vezes!!!

ÓTIMO APARTAMENTO E CONDOMÍNIO

FIcamos uma semana no mês de julho/2011. segue minhas considerações : Contra: cobrança de energia feita pelo condomínio por Kwh gasto, ser feita por um valor bem acima do cobrado pelas empresas de energia. O valor é uma cobrança do condomínio, o que isenta a proprietária. mas fica uma má impressão, pois poderia ter sido tudo perfeito. prós : Apartamento bem decorado. Banheiros Limpos. Móveis de boa qualidade. Camas confortáveis. Praia linda! Condomínio tranquilo, limpo e seguro. A limpeza diária facilita a vida de quem está de férias. Meus filhos se divertiram e me senti em casa.
