Chic Sagaponack Hamptons Beach House. A creative loft overlooking farm.

Originally built in 1958 by Oscar nominated actor Richard Burton, this 3 bedroom luxury artist home was designed and completely renovated by Michael Flutie and award winning interior decorator, Thom Filicia. Minutes from Sagg Main Beach

This retreat is an incredible getaway for any season in the Hamptons.This modern summer house is flooded with light from ample skylights and several south
facing French doors. The floor plan and open concept kitchen makes it the perfect entertaining
space. It has been decorated in a modern style with some statement pieces like the large
lacquer dinner table with matching stools.
The master suite has doors leading to the beautiful pool area (pool can be heated upon request) and the bathroom has a soaking tub and large walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom are
located on the opposite side from the master suite. The property is over an acre with lots of lawn, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an outdoor Al Fresco dining table.

Geographically the best location. Facing South on a working farm
Sagg House is on an acre and half of naturally landscaped property and five minutes to Sagg Beach ( Atlantic Ocean) Bridghampton and Sag Harbor. Minutes to long Island Rail Road and Hamptons Jitney.

The sun rises from the east rolling over the house and pool till sunset.
