From NY. We enjoy swimming in the ocean and the heated pool. Many beautiful adventures are available on and off the water in the East End. Vibrant Music and Art scene only a 5 - 10 minute drive. We are happy to share this exciting and beautiful area with others. Enjoy!
Why they chose this property
Very close to the beautiful ocean beaches and excellent restaurants. Often you can see beautiful birds, bunnies, wild turkey, red fox and deer in the area. Most enjoy relaxing in the heated pool and a quick drive to Montauk or Sag Harbor.
What makes this property unique
Located in the EH village fringe, very close to the ocean and restaurants. No traffic noise. Excellent for children because the house is located on a cul-de-sac. Less than a 10 minute car ride to Sag Harbor and a short drive out to to Montauk "The End".
