The finished basement is home to a full bedroom suite, featuring a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. (Perfect for night owls or early risers who keep a different schedule from the group!) The remaining four bedrooms are located upstairs on the 3rd floor. The King-size bedroom is located at one end of the hall, along with a luxurious full bath featuring a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. At the other end of the hall, with the other three bedrooms, you'll find a second full bath, with a double-sink vanity and a separate water closet.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season (mid-June through mid-August), this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday.
