The island has a recreation center with tennis, basketball courts, putt putt golf and golf courses (fees apply) that guests can use. Lake access at the marina is a minute away. Close to Eureka Springs for nightlife, shopping and fun family events. House features two bedrooms, two baths, updated lake style. Deck with grill for outdoor dining or to enjoy your coffee in the morning.

Seven miles from downtown Eureka Springs and the Passion Play. 1/2 mile from Holiday Island Marina, ramp , boat and kayak rentals. Enjoy all the amenities of Holiday Island 27 holes of golf, country club, tennis/basketball courts, hiking and more. Close to world class trout fishing at Roaring River State Park and the White River. Kings River for floating and small mouth bass fishing. See the big cats at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. Little bit further is Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, Promised Land Safari Park and Silver Dollar City in Branson.
