Villa del Mar is the largest beachfront villa on the North Coast. This villa has 13 bedrooms with 12 ensuites and can sleep up to 28 people. Located in a 24/7 secured residence at Los Nomadas in Fabulous Coson bay.

Villa del Mar boasts facilities such as a big infinity pool, heated jacuzzi, children's play garden, pool table, workout room, wifi, TV with firestick and netflix, 80k generator, massage tables and full kitchen, minivan & driver for in town transfers, beach beds, water cooler, bbq, pig roasting spit on the beach, volleyball and SUP.

This place is perfect for weddings, special events, vacations with friends or family reunions.

Included in your stay is the service of three housekeeping ladies (8am - 5pm)
a chef & Sous chef (during service times)
a bartender 12-8pm
a driver and a mini bus for in town transfers.

Food, alcohol, electricity & Gratuity are NOT included.

Events - Maximum 80 person including event staff. 2000 USD event fee required for events over 28 people.

Las Terrenas is the perfect blend of a dreamy beach village and a cosmopolitan town. Its waterfront boasts multiple stunning beaches, as well as a variety of small hotels, international bistros, apparel, arts and crafts boutiques, local restaurants, and lively bars. While the white sand beaches located right in town are good for a swim, the surrounding Playa Bonita and Playa Cosón will take your breath away.

Nights come alive in Las Terrenas with dancing, from bachata to R&B, and top hits, visit Etno or Mosquito Art Bar for an evening of dancing under the stars.

This property more than lives up to the photos/description. Its proximity to a beautiful beach, pool and hot tub, big lawn for yard games, etc. made this place a huge hit with our group of friends/family. The master suite was amazing (and HUGE). The staff were what truly made it 5 stars though. They were so accomodating and kind. The food in particular was so good - it far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the BBQ, pig roast, pizza night, and had Dominican style meal for our special celebration night. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Villa Del Mar is PERFECT for group vacations

I have been organizing guys poker club trips to the Carribean the weekend before the Super Bowl for 4 years running. Villa Del Mar stands tall as the best and here's why. First the beach and water are AMAZING and steps from the backyard. The property has plenty of shaded areas in the outdoor spaces. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with mostly all ensuite bathrooms. The private pool is huge with a swim up bar and this place actually has a heated jacuzzi tub, which can be hard to find. Rebecca gets back to you right away when you have questions or need guidance. She runs the operation like a true professional. The chefs and bartentender we hired for the trip were terrific too. 5 Stars across the board.

Amazing House - Great location

The house was perfect. Big thank you to the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. We caught a marlin and some Mahi one of the days the the staff grilled up some of it and made ceviche with the rest. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay and unwind. The staff is great especially OMar and Jose ! Rebecca is completely awesome for all your communications and a great manager. The property is 4 star and could be 5 star with some upgrading. Watch out for the mosquitos after rain storms. Overall a great place !

Vacation and Wedding

We brought family and friends to Villa Del Mar for a week long stay. We hosted our wedding at the villa as well. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. Omar, Joel, and Jose were so nice and helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding for 10 months prior to our arrival. She was great at communicating and she answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted for our big day. She also came to check in periodically during our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!

WAY Better than we could have ever expected!

We chose Villa del Mar b/c had a huge family group (16 adults & 11 kids) so naturally needed a large space and this place did not disappoint! Everything here was incredible - the house, the rooms, the pool, the beach, everything! And more than that the staff was absolutely amazing. Rebecca was super helpful and communicative leading up to the trip. Deciding the nightly menu, organizing activities, booking transportation for a large group, she took care of everything! Omar's an amazing cook, Jose is the man, and really just everyone there was awesome. Really cannot recommend this place enough - book it as soon as you can!

It’s simply paradise

We had the best time at Villa Del Mar. Rebecca and the house is staff is simply amazing! The chef Omar and Sous Chef Joel día a beautiful job preparing our meals, our guests couldn’t stop telling us how amazing the food was. Our bartender Jose prepared the most amazing passion fruit mojitos and drinks. Their attention to detail is remarkable. The cleaning staff is also on point, the rooms equipped and cleaned just like a 5 star resort. We couldn’t be happier. We had an unforgettable vacation.

Amazing villa on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa de Mar. We were five families with kids ranging from 2 to 12 and had plenty of space in the villa. The villa had everything we needed and we only left once or twice - pool, beach, spacious outdoors, amazing staff and chefs, and a really incredible property manager that was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and had the perfect level of supervision and hands off so we can relax. The staff/chef crew were so nice and helpful, and their food was delicious. The property manager also helped us arrange a catamaran excursion, which was a real memorable highlight! 5 out 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!

Trip of a Lifetime

We stayed here with friends and family for our Wedding. It was unbelievable in every way. Rebecca helped me with questions and activities from 6 months out all the way to the day of. All the staff is amazing. We had 2 under 2 years old with us who loved the pool, and the beach. But be aware the house isn't made with safety of little kids in mind. That being said it has everything anyone whose staying there will need. If we can make it happen, we'll be back someday. Thank you to everyone at Villa Del Mar for making our wedding trip unforgettable!

Awesome location, great staff and wonderful vacation. The crew were truly amazing, thank you to Omar/Miguel/Jose/Jenny? and i forget one more who cleaned the rooms. Thanks to the property managers who kindly left their fishing poles for us to use. Only issue we had was one side of the house didn't have hot water. I am completely fine with cold showers, but we had some young toddlers that needed hot baths in the evening. This was fixed mid-way through the stay. Again thanks again and we highly recommend this property. Nik and crw

Awesome Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Del Mar. We were a group of 19 people ranging from 1 - 80 years young! The staff is absolutely amazing. we alll wanted to bring the chefs Omar and Jose' home with us. We did encounter a few problems with the air conditioning, but they were resolved on a timely matter. The floor around the pool is VERY slippery as stated by every review, but with caution we were safe. The beach area and water were fantastic. If you are a large group, it is the perfect house. The young adults that stayed up late did not keep up everyone else. Loved our trip

EPIC Family Vacation - Exceeded Expectations

Every year our family does a beach vacation on the east coast in the US. I have 6 brothers and sisters and my mother has 16 Grandchildren. This year my Mother is turning 80 so we wanted to do something special. So we booked Villa Del Mar based on the web page and reviews. Our trip exceeded our expectations. Omar and Jose (cooks and bar tenders) were great. The meals were fabulous. How great is it to eat lunch on a bar stool in the house pool. Highly recommend the Pig Roast, it was awesome. We also rented Olivia's Sail Boat for the day and her crew was great. It was a much better value than the other excursions that were offered. Make sure you walk down to Luis's bar on the beach.

AMAZING Stay

So we stayed at Villa del Mar as a group of about 25 friends, after my husband and I got married in the city. AMAZING does not even begin to describe the experience. For starters, Rebecca (the property manager) is wonderful. She coordinates everything in advance for you, and has a list of activities with great vendors to work with. The staff at the villa are also phenomenal. We paid Rebecca in advance for our food and drinks, and the Omar always had delicious food ready and Jose had great drinks prepped. The villa is in pristine conditions, the rooms are gorgeous, and the beach is beautiful. Only thing is beware the mosquitos… but being a beach front property with an open concept, there’s really no getting around that aside from lots of bug spray haha. Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had and would love to stay again! Thank you Rebecca and Shauna for everything!
