The apartment is close to Insurgentes Sur Avenue, one of principal avenues in the city, and main roads such as Periferico, Patriotismo, Churubusco and Revolución.
Located in walking distance from theathers, shopping malls cinemas, supermarkets and restaurants.
The apartment is located 400 meters from the Universidad Panamericana. Perfect for businessmen and couples.
Near to Felix Cuevas Metrobus station; Insurgentes Sur subway station (line 12) and Mixcoac (line 7) subway station; 15 minutes from the WTC, Teatro Insurgentes, Frida Kalho Museum, San Angel, Coyoacán Square, Manacar and Galerias Insurgentes shopping malls. You can get to almost everywhere in Mexico City in 40 minutes.
The apartment has a fully equipment kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, high speed WIFI access, private courtyard, two comfortable and spacious bedrooms with a big closet and two bathrooms with a great hot tub and hairdryer.
The main room has a queen bed and the secondary has a double bed (both rooms have blackout curtains). It´s a very quiet and peaceful place.
