Rehoboth/Lewes/Dewey Condo w/ Porch - 15 Mins From Beach!

This second-floor (stairs only) blissful Lewes getaway boasts a screened porch, community pool & gym, and free parking. Located in a gated community just minutes from Route 1, with easy access to Lewes, Rehoboth, & Dewey Beaches, and Cape Henlopen State Park - all a few miles away. Stroll along the boardwalk, visit popular shopping at Tanger Outlets, or take scenic bike rides along Breakwater Trail for ample bird-watching.

This wonderful condo is located in an upscale gated community (no code) where privacy is always assured! While you'll feel safe and secluded, you'll be just minutes from the area's top attractions.

Featuring vaulted ceilings and oceanic decor, this private 1,220-square-foot, upstairs, end-unit condo creates the perfect relaxation space for your next getaway. Enjoy comfortable seating throughout and a screened-in porch overlooking the tree-lined grounds for rejuvenating days and restful nights throughout your vacation.

Settle into the velvety living room sofas and play a game or two on the PlayStation, or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Wireless internet access lets you stream your favorites (cable not provided) and search the web to plan out your day exploring the charming town of Lewes or Rehoboth . If you’re chilly, bring your own wood and cozy up to a crackling fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

As it grows dark, step out to the screened-in porch and unwind on the cushiony seating after a long day of fun in the sun. There are a total of four beds: two full, stand-alone beds, along with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top).

Please note that the stove and oven are not available for guest use, except on a case by case basis (and a $30/day surcharge), and cookware is not provided. Dishes and utensils are provided. Laundry machines are also not for guest usage.

There are two dedicated parking spots in front of the stairs and additional guest parking - which is at a premium in the summer season. If the parking lot in front of the condo is full, please DO NOT park on the grass. There are sprinklers in the grass which will be damaged, and we will be charged for the damage. Any violation will result in billing the guest for the damages.

Route 1 is just a minute or two away by car, and connects to the beaches and numerous shopping attractions.

The Lewes Park & Ride lot is located at 17616 Coastal Highway, just a few minutes away from the condo. Parking is free; the cost to ride the bus is a $2 per trip, $4.20 for a Daily pass, $18 for a 7-Day pass or $65 for a 30-Day pass. Bus is recommended during the summer season, as parking is limited to 2 hours and at a premium along the beaches.

Uber and Lyft are available as well. Uber fares in Rehoboth Beach start at $7.60. Lyft fares in Rehoboth Beach start at $4.00. Lyft is 47% cheaper.

The condo is accessible only by a flight of stairs - NO elevator.

There is a community pool and gym available in the development, as well as tennis courts. $10/person/day must be paid for access to the community pool and gym (inclusive for both). Tennis courts are also offered at Dave Marshall Tennis & Fitness.
