This condo is over 1900 sq feet and features 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths that sleeps up to 11 people, a soaking tub with jets to relax in after a long day at the beach, a beautiful open floor plan with an 8ft American Heritage slate pool table, a large granite island for extra eating space, and hardwood floors throughout the main areas leading to the outdoor balcony with a pond view! This community also has a pool for your enjoyment! Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen cooking appliances and utensils, cups, plates etc.

House Rules:
3 night minimum stay
Quiet hours 10 pm-6 am
-NO events or parties
-NO pets
-NO smoking
-NO food or drinks on pool table!!
-NO drinking games on dining room table (ie. beer pong- sorry!)

Other:
-$200 cleaning fee will be collected at the time of booking
-$250 Refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of booking

-Renters will be provided with a code via email or text for the keypad which unlocks the front door
-There is 1 keycard available for the pool. There will be a $35 replacement fee if the key is lost
-Renters will need to provide own toiletries
-There is a cover for the pool table that is provided. Please make sure to cover the table when not in use

Absolutely no parties or events. Due to past noise complaints by neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. The home is equipped with a noise monitoring system which sends notifications to my cellphone if the noise level reaches a certain level.

1st noise notification- you will be notified and will receive a warning
2nd noise notification- will be subject to a $50 fine
3rd noise notification- will be subjected to immediate eviction and loss of security deposit

Noise complaints from neighbors will be subject to immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. This will be strictly enforced.

No smoking inside of unit. $75 fee for smoking inside
No more than 10 guests any additional guests tenant will be charged $50 per person.

There is a camera outside of the front door to monitor the amount of guests entering the property
