Brand new to the rental market in 2019, this cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home on Sebago Lake was recently updated. With sleeping for 4, it's perfect for small families. Bring your family and your boat to this quiet location on a dead end street. We love it and think you will too! Available July 4th week!
With 2 private docks, this property is perfect for those who love to enjoy the lake. Kayak, canoe or paddle right out the back yard. An additional larger dock a short walk down the street offers those with a motorboat the opportunity to explore all that Sebago Lake has to offer. Use our shared, private dock for no additional slip charge. Park your boat or jet ski, or hang out and fish. There is also access to a sandy beach which is part of the association, perfect for the kids to play or to cool off on a hot summer day.
The home includes all new beds, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, WIFI and all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. Family friendly with pack n’ play, beach toys, children’s books and a few games.
Nearby activities include mini-golf, jet ski and boat rentals, an 18-hole championship golf course at Point Sebago, hiking at Point Sebago State Park, and much more.
