Great for family stay

A convenient location to visit Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon. Many other things to do nearby (coral sand dunes, buckskin gulch, hiking, atv) Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kanab condo. We chose this spot for our family adventure because it had a pool for our grandchildren to play in after our trips to Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP. It is a great location and the price was reasonable. A great base of operations for these two parks.

Nice place to stay

The property was clean and the check in process was very easy. The pool was being repaired during our stay which stunk since we were going to zion and bryce canyon and hiking all day. The owner apologized about the pool an even compinsated us for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice Condo, Central Location

Condo was very clean and felt cozy. Having three bedrooms was a bonus and worked well for our family. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to hang out. Access to pool and hot tub right behind the unit was nice as well. Downstairs bathroom needs a little maintenance attention but it was useable. Having washer/dryer was handy for laundry after hiking.

Great location. Excellent layout. Comfortable Accomodations.

The layout of this rental is excellent for a group of adults. We had a total of 5 adults and it didn't feel crowded or like we were tripping over one another. The layout of having the bedrooms upstairs and the living space downstairs was nice for those early risers to be able to move around without disturbing those still sleeping. Ample storage for all of our things to be put away and not laying around. Beds are super comfortable. All the amenities are as advertised.

Great base camp for our adventures.

A Google address link would have helped us to find the property. Our property contact was happy to help and was there in a flash to guide us to the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great appliances. The hot tub and gas fireplace were lovely and warmed us up at the end of our hiking days. A great find.

We stayed in Kanab to visit Zion & Bryce NPs. Great central location for both. Also walking distance, one mile, to restaurants. Loved Sego & Thyme. Don't go to Vermillion 45. The condo was very dated and provided no toiletries, shampoo, soap, etc. Disappointing. Bedding also not great, polyester sheets soft but not great. Stay here was ok.

Great central location to visit Zion & Bryce NPs and nice little town for all your needs. Condo very dated, no toiletries, shampoo, soap, etc. Disappointing. Easy one mile walk to restaurants. Sego was the best, Wild Thyme very good. Don't go to Vermillion 45. Overpriced & the worst service ever.

Great Location -

We wanted a location to be able to get to Bryce, Zion & North Rim of the Grand Canyon. This is the place. Kanab is a great town too. The condo was great and the pool was used alot. Owner was easy to communicate with too.
