Also a nice big playground near the house very nice for families and everything you need like market , bakery , restaurants etc in distance of 1 minute. A very shiny and cool by the sea breeze house. Perfect for families and couples in one of the most beautiful areas in Attica with all the comforts.

Zugang zur Wohnung sehr schlecht.

Zugang zum Haus teilweise aufgerissen. Haustür schliesst nicht. Die Stufen im Haus sind schmal und eng. Für ältere Leute, oder Kinderwagen schlecht zugänglich. Die Wohnung war zweckmässig.

Sauber und gepflegt

Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gepflegt. Keine große Möglichkeit zu kochen wegen fehlenden Equipment. Da Restaurant in der Nähe war das kein Problem.

Because its about 4 minutes walking from one of the most famous beaches in Athens and near the appartment you can find everything you need like restaurants playground bakery mini markets etc and also some fantastic beach bar and greek taverna at the beach . Also athens airport is about 30 km and Rafina port about 10 km
