Trackside Living In Saratoga! Pool, Patio & Finished Basement!

Hear the roar of the races from your front porch at this newly renovated craftsman home in the middle of all that Saratoga Springs has to offer! With only a few short blocks to the East Gate of the Historic Saratoga Race Track, you can't get much closer to the action!! If you're in town for a week at the track, concerts at SPAC, a Night out in Downtown Saratoga, A getaway with family or friends, it all begins with your home away from home!

We strive to make you feel right at home. Everything you need is provided so that you can enjoy your time here!

If you are looking to get away, relax and have your own mini vacation in the heart of Saratoga, you have come to the right place! Our spacious back yard with a pool and custom patio has all that you need!

However, Parties are not allowed, as we live in a family orientated neighborhood.

Our Home has 4 bedrooms total. 2 Queen Bedrooms are located on the main floor. Upstairs, we also have 2 bedrooms, one has a queen mattress and a twin. The other has a full bed and another twin. There are 3 full bathrooms in total, one in the finished basement, one on the main floor, and one upstairs.

The location was amazing. We got to see horses practicing everyday by walking two blocks to the track. The pool was also incredible. It was extremely clean. The host was very attentive and responsive.

Fantastic location/set-up

Spacious property with lots of bedrooms in the square footage. Pool was great out back and it was a 7 min walk to being inside the track and to the downtown area. Perfect location.

Started with five friends at this home. Great space, particularly backyard. Really easy to deal with owner and very responsive to the minor issues we had, which were flukes. Would stay again.

Great place for the Track

This is the 3rd time we have stayed on Lincoln. Great house. Well outfitted. 2 blocks to the track; 2 blocks to 5 point deli and very close to dining and the town of Saratoga Springs. Pool is an extra bonus Host was fabulous as usual. Highly recommend this location. Many thanks for a great time!!

We had a great time with extended family and appreciated the close-to-track location, comfortable covered porch, and nice pool and backyard. House was as advertised, comfortable and the owners were very friendly and responsive. We'll be back!
