A beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast nook complete with china, glass silver for 8, pots, freezer with ice maker, stocked laundry area with full size washer and dryer and ironing room for your convenience.

The home is in the up and growing southwest area of Las Vegas.
The neighborhood offers a safe and quiet getaway from the loud hustle and bustle of the Strip.

Metro Police department and a public library are 1/4 mile away, also, conveniently located next to this home is Smiths grocery store and many other conveniences that include shops, pharmacies, banks, yoga studios, gyms, local gaming bars, sushi, and so much more. By the way if you’re bringing the kids, Wet and Wild water park is a short 10 min drive

New Years Get Away

Rick the owner is amazing. The house is in a great location and was a nice size for 3 couples to spread out and enjoy themselves for a New Years weekend getaway. We look forward to coming back and staying again soon.

The property was great. Plenty of spacious room. Well equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and was a great host. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for our needs. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean property. Plenty of room - just like being home. Rick (property owner) is very communicative and helpful. Will be looking to return next year when our conference returns to Vegas.

Good Location and pleasant stay

This house was in a great location, with lots of things around for food, etc, plus close to freeway. Well equipped. We were a family of 5 persons in town to see an art show, this was a nice place to stay.

I looked at homes for about 22 days...a few each time my realtor and I went out...I remember him telling me "I have a few for you to look at" we scheduled the appointments for the is the 1st home we looked at this day..."i told him i was done looking, that I was buying this made me go look at the others we scheduled...I walked in and was out w/i called the owner of this home back and we we went by again...37 days later...I moved in...
