About this property

Chalet in Beachfront community! 2 Pools,Playgrounds,V-ball, Tennis,Pickleball!

Cozy updated custom chalet in a beautiful lakefront community with 2 pools (one is brand new with a separate kiddie pool with fountains and bathrooms). Unit sleeps 8 ( this includes four bunks that have a 150lb weight limit and sleep one each, and three Full beds. Also includes a custom bathroom, grilling deck, and screened porch. Endless summer fun awaits at the private community beach, multiple pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pit, fishing pond, shuffleboard courts, pickleball, basketball courts and a community fire-pit to end the day with a s’more.
The Township Park & beach is also adjacent to the property offering even more privacy & nature. Many wineries, breweries and restaurants close by.
Please note there are two pools available. One of the pools is open until the end of September. The other closes after Labor Day weekend.
Included are all kitchen essentials, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, smart tv and WIFI, bathroom towels, Paper towels and TP...ETC We have provided most of the essentials to feel at home while on vacation!
Please note the chalet itself is not lakefront nor does it have a lake view. It is a short 4 minute or less walk to 2 amazing beaches in our chalets on the lakes community. Our unit is across the street from the pool & volleyball courts/horseshoe pit & shuffleboard. Pickle ball/basketball court is in the backyard. Please note that pool is only garunteed to be open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day. Weather permitting, sometimes the association opens it prior to Memorial Day weekend and leaves it open later then Labor Day weekend.

This was our first time at Chalet on the Lake, and we'll be back (probably every year)! The cottage was the perfect size for my family of 5 and a great location in proximity to the pools, playground, and beach. We were very appreciative of the wagon and beach supplies that were provided with the cottage. Keep in mind the whole complex is older cottages, so the interior is not brand new and in perfect condition. Regardless, our stay was absolutely wonderful and I'd highly recommend!

Fantastic family retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this Chalet on the Lake. It was a great spot to enjoy with kids aged 8 & 10 who loves the many activities available including the beach, pool, shuffleboard, volleyball, ping pong and more. This unit has been beautifully updated and was a pleasure to spend time in.

Best Lake Michigan Beach! Great property

Super cute and well designed chalet, but the star was definitely the beach! I have visited Lake Michigan all up and down the coast and this beach is definitely our new fave. A bit of a cove and very calm, pristine, clear, soft sand. No risk of overcrowding. We spent the majority of our time at the beach and the pool. The whole complex is lovely and we didn't even leave it except for a grocery run and a few meals. Amenities were great, included a wagon for hauling beach gear and toys for the kids, everything you needed and more! My 6 year old is insisting we come back next year! Amazing sunsets! Perfect little Michigan getaway.

Beach and activities!!

Madyson and Ryan are great hosts and very responsive. The grounds of the chalet are wonderful for kids. The house has what you need, and the basically-appointed lodging encourages you to get outdoors! It's all about enjoying time on the beach as a family.
