Gut Raixa - the jewel of Plau am See

In the middle of the small town of Plau am See lies the Raixa estate (Raischa) in a quiet and hidden location. Several holiday homes in the former adobe buildings invite you to go on holiday in a particularly beautiful atmosphere. The buildings have been lovingly restored in eight years and offer spacious apartments with a fireplace, an open living and dining area and their own sun terrace.

In the courtyard garden or under the pear tree you can read and relax wonderfully, there is plenty of space to play and discover or just to relax. The water flows in front of the house and the next bathing beach can be reached on foot. The perfect starting point for canoeing, sailing, cycling, strolling through the city and discovering Mecklenburg!

In addition: Art studio with courses in painting and sculpture, a 250-year-old linden tree as the center of the property, holiday apartments with all the trimmings (TV, DVD, stereo and a fully equipped kitchen), high standards and WiFi.

The boat berths are in front of the door, we are happy to provide you with our own sailing or motor boats and bicycles.

And all around: Plau, with its small half-timbered town center, the castle and the harbor, is one of the most beautiful cities in the Mecklenburg Lake District. There is a growing small town life with cafes, restaurants and shops. The 40 km2 large Plauer See is nearby. Here you can let the wind blow your nose, sunbathe, swim, sail or go canoeing and explore the many bays by boat. There are many very nice playgrounds for the little ones and endless destinations for everyone. All around are the Müritz National Park, wide deciduous and mixed forests for walks and a very beautiful, slightly hilly landscape with the typical avenues of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. An absolute highlight in every season!

Wir hatten eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gemütlicheFerienwohnung .Auf dem Hof herrscht eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Der Vier-Seiten- Hof ist erhaltenen und in den ehemaligen Ställen und Scheunen sind 7 oder 8 Ferienwohnungen eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist in Ordnung (keine Spülmaschine).

Südfrankreich Flair

Das Anwesen befindet sich in Top Lage in Plau am See. Sobald man dort ankommt wird man sehr Herzlich von der Besitzerin Frau Hillmann empfangen. Der tolle Innenhof mit der alten Linde ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Man fühlt sich wie in Südfrankreich oder Italien . Wir hatten das Haus Nummer 3 - dort ist es auch an heissen Tagen meist schattig und das Haus ist angenehm kühl. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie in Südfrankreich was auch bedeutet falls jemand stylisch und super nagelneu erwartet- dann ist es evt nicht das Passende bzw.. dort nachfragen in einem anderen Haus wurde evtl die Küchenzeile bereits erneuert. TV ist vorhanden aber in diesem Ambiente braucht man keinen TV weil am Abend im Innenhof sitzen ist viel schöner. Vielen Dank Frau Hillmann !

Tolle Gastgeber und wunderschöner Innenhof ..aber

Alles in allem eine niedliche kleine Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und tollem Innenhof. Die Restaurants/ Bäcker sowie der Hafen ist in Kürze zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings für uns alles etwas zu alt bzw. In die Jahre gekommen. Vom Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher bis babybett alles sehr gebraucht bzw.abgenutzt..Einiges sollte evtl erneuert werden,damit man sich dort wohler fühlt. Die wohnung war sauber und genügend Handtücher lagen bereit. Die Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier sehr hochgeschrieben.. einfach tolle , herzliche & sympathische Menschen ! Sie waren immer vor Ort und haben sich um alles gekümmert.

Wunderschöne, ruhige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Eine ganz besonderes Ferienappartement! Der Innenhof mit der 200jährigen Linde, dem duftenden Rosengarten und dem anmutenden Ambiente der alten Gebäude lassen einen gerne auf dem Gutshof verweilen. Herr und Frau Hillmann haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, waren jederzeit ansprechbar, gaben viele Ratschläge für Unternehmungen und zeigten sich äusserst hilfsbereit. Wir haben hier eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit gehabt.

Licht und Schatten

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus der Fam. Hillmann sehr wohl gefühlt, der Gutshof ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit geschmackvollen Bepflanzungen versehen. Nun kommt unsere Beurteilung des Portals fewo-direkt. Mit der Vermittlung waren wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden: Wir mussten schon bei der Buchung (im Januar 2022) den vollen Mietpreis bezahlen, d.h. 5 Monate lang konnten die Vermittler mit unserem Geld arbeiten, das ist unmöglich. Hinzu kam, dass es keine Stornomöglichkeiten (in Coronazeiten), gab. Ausserdem wurde verlangt, dass wir Auskünfte über persönliche Motivation geben sollten, warum wir dort unseren Urlaub verbringen wollten, damit sich die Vermieter ein Bild von uns machen konnten. Die Fotos iim Internet entsprechen nicht mehr der Wirklichkeit (z.B. die Restauration gibt es seit 5 Jahren nicht mehr) FeWo-direkt wird von uns nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen.

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten wunderschöne Familienferien im Gut Raixa. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, man kann sehr viele Dinge erleben, und das Wetter war auch gut. Was aber ausschlaggebend war: Eine ganz liebevoll gestaltete Hofanlage mit viel Atmosphäre um die alte Linde mit einer sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung, unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber, eine fantastische Lage an der Elde neben der Hubbrücke, und nette andere Gäste... Eigentlich war alles nahezu perfekt. Man kann dieses Ferienziel und die Unterkunft unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
