Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Make sure 8 beach bags are on the beach chairs.
2. Bikes back to original spot in garage.
3. Clean and wipe down inside 2 refrigerators
4. Take out trash/recycling including bar area
5. Return dishes to cabinets.
6. Sweep/Mop all floors including bar area.
7. Replace bedspreads and pillows on beds.
8.Ensure pool water level is filled to water line and skimmer is clear of debris.
10.Wipe down all counters/tables inside and bar area.
11.Return any moved furniture to orig location
12.Lock doors: 2 outdoor doors in garage/bar, Glass door to deck, front door.Shut garage doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
