Great location, value but woeful check-in
The apartment was accurately described in the reviews. It's a fantastic location with great access to public transport and value for money. The apartment has not been thoroughly cleaned for some time, the build up of mould in the bathroom is evidence of this. The apartment is tired with worn carpet and furnishings however for the price this was more than understandable. It is clear the owner has little to do with the management of the property, leaving it up to a separate business. This business, 'The Apartment Service' makes you travel to their office to collect keys, they failed to ensure keys were available and it took a further two hours before a locksmith gained access to out apartment. If you are checking in outside of business hours be extremely cautious.

fantastic location but a little TLC and clarity needed
Great location - stunning views and immediate access to bus and ferry. Place is clean but a bit old and shabby - could do with a freshen up. Huge cleaning fee involved in our week long stay that was equivalent to two further night's accommodation. Not sure how this can possibly be justified as no cleaner came and did anything while we were there. Parking is available but be prepared to walk a little bit to find unmetered parking. Overall, enjoyed the experience of living in millionaire's point for a week, although the natives don't appear to be particularly friendly.

Fabulous Stay !
Wow. The location of this stay is fantastic. The ferry to Circular Quay is 2 mins away and the bus is the same. The view is magnificent and totally perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful view
The view is breathtaking. Excellent location. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It is not a modern apartment and some of the furnishings definitely show age. But, the view is a joy, night and day and the building is very quiet. Brilliant location for bus and ferry. Parking was a bit of a hunt at night but always found something.

Pick up of key difficult because we were not familiar with area and we're using public transport.
Had ask about access not given full information very disappointed. The unit itself and views are fantastic. Once transported was sorted was great position for getting around. More information at unit for transport would be helpful.
