Probably the best view in New Smyrna Beach…the Inlet is the last building on the north end of the beach overlooking the ocean, Ponce Inlet and the lighthouse, and the Daytona Beach skyline in the distance. This is a 2nd floor unit with two parking garages it actually has a 4th floor view. A very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 and has an oversized rear porch, and a huge front porch overlooking the manicured grounds. A very prestigious location in the gated Minorca community with so many amenities that you will feel like you are staying at a upscale resort, and still only a 20 minute walk to Flagler Ave….and a short walk across the street to the marina to go fishing, or just watch the dolphins play underneath the beautiful sunsets. Truly a one of a kind location on one of the nicest beaches in Florida.

We live about 45 minutes from the condo and over the first 10 years we owned were out there every weekend. with a 2 beautiful daughters. Now that they have moved get out there as much a s possible and look forward to retiring there in a about 5 years.
