A 3-bedroom/3.5 bath home designed for families and/or couples entertaining! Large covered outdoor areas, expansive open floor plan, yet cozy and private bedrooms, each with its own private bath.

Enjoy the open expanses of Villa Cristal's living area with its soaring 2 story ceilings, panoramic views and covered outdoor entertaining areas. From the luxury and sophistication of the living area with its stunning 2- story windows , the floating staircase and dark wood doors and cabinetry combined with your stainless steel modern kitchen, this villa offers comfort and convenience. Don't worry about the water because the Villa has filtered water for both drinking and ice.

Indulge yourself in the Jacuzzi, work out in the the infinity pool or just lounge on the covered patio watching the sunset over the Pacific ocean. There is an outdoor shower near the pool and Jacuzzi. Chat with friends in the bar area or relax in the entertainment room with its 42” TV.

Description: Each of the 3 bedroom suites is positioned for maximum privacy and comfort including ensuited master baths with Jacuzzi tubs. The second story suites offer private ocean view balconies, while the ground floor suite enjoys direct access to the covered terrace, pool and outdoor hot tub.
Each bedroom is ensuited, 2 bedrooms have a king size bed and in the third bedroom has two twin beds which we can also join to make a king if you prefer.

Views: The Villa offers stunning wide Pacific views from each of the 3 master bedroom suites, the living/dining room, and covered terrace and private balconies.
Access: Access your villa from a private gated entrance off the main highway on our private paved road - beautifully landscaped and tastefully lit at night- which makes a 4-wheel drive unnecessary.

Near the Villa is Dominical and other beaches perfect for those looking to relax or those looking to surf. Located on Costa Rica’s amazingly beautiful South Pacific coastline, the small village of Dominical is a hidden paradise with something for everyone. There are shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, and some amazing natural scenery and adventures. Dominical is known to have some of the best surf in the country, but it also has easy access to two amazing national parks (Manuel Antonio and Marino Ballena), some breathtaking waterfalls, great rivers for rafting, and many other great natural adventure tours. With its stunning backdrop of lush green forests and palm trees, this beach is also a great place to bird watch or take a canopy tour of the surrounding locale. There are many other outdoor activities to take part in while in the Dominical area such as hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours, snorkeling trips and kayaking.

Due to the world's health emergency because of the COVID-19, Paradise Management has implemented a very strict cleaning protocol since 2020 to comply with the necessary measures to establish an adequate process of disinfection of the villas. Paradise Management as a vacation rental professional understands that cleaning a property effectively requires specific training, appropriate supplies, and a systematic process. For that reason, all our vacation rental fields like staff/housekeepers/technicians and other employees have completed training regarding proper and safe cleaning techniques and property security. The entire team now understands how to safely use chemical products (such as germicides used to clean bathrooms) and dispose of trash, cleaning supplies, and bio hazards appropriately. Our adult family of six had an amazing time at this spectacular place. The pictures don’t disappoint! The location is wonderful for local beaches and local small towns. I highly recommend this place!

Loved Paridise Breezes!

We love the properties at Paradise breezes. We stayed at the Villa Cristal. The property was beautiful-nice easy road to get to the home-we really loved the Jacuzzi! The house was as represented and Emmanuel -The concierge was fabulous! We can't wait to go back! And we really loved that the whole house was air-conditioned-not so common in Costa Rica homes . We will definitely stay in a paradise breezes Villa when we return to Costa Rica.

House of glass with total privacy. I would stay here again 100 percent. Very comfortable furniture. On a paved road so that’s definitely a plus. The views are incredible you will love your stay here. Just bring your Amazon fire. TVs need updating.

We just left 7 days in paradise.. Our house we stayed in was perfect.. The views from the pool and patio were stunning and amazing sunsets. Toucans and many many other birds and wildlife all around. The staff was very friendly and Oscar was great. From the minute we booked the house until we left he took care of all our needs from arranging our ride from the airport to all the tours and reservations. House was close to everything and your own solitude. Would stay here again anytime.. True Paradise..

Villa Cristal is Amazing!

We had such an amazing time at Villa Cristal! Such a gorgeous house with spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful pool and hot tub. The view is amazing. The concierge, Oscar, was so helpful and accommodating! He booked all of our excursions and booked the chef to come in and cook us a couple meals. WE forgot our playpen for our daughter at the airport and when we came back from our outing he had one setup in the bedroom for us! The house is 10 minutes from Dominical with lots of restaurants and lots of places to explore. The beach is also about 5 minutes away. We went horseback riding and did a Catamaran boat trip and went to the Wildlife Sanctuary. I definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Costa Rica.

Beautiful home with great views

We just finished our stay at this beautiful home in Dominical. The home sits atop a steep hill in a gated community off the main coastal highway. The house has every amenity you would want in a very quiet private setting. The other three homes in the community are not even visible thanks to the dense foliage. We had total privacy here. The concierge , Oscar greeted us on arrival and was accessible by a cell phone provided by the management. We loved spending time in the pool and jacuzzi and cooking meals on the grill. The small hip surf town of Domical is minutes south of the home. We really enjoyed the Uvita ATV tour and taking surf lessons in Dominical. Be sure to talk to the surf shop owners about safe places to swim and surf as the rip tides here can be quite dangerous. Fortunately, a local lifeguard team patrols the main beach. The only activity we regretted on our vacation was the guided tour of Manuel Antonio park. The park is crowded and the tour is expensive for what you get . The best aspect of the park ( the many Howler and squirrel monkeys) are easily seen without the help of the guide. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property/hospitality

Had an amazing experience at this property. Very highly recommended!! Some of the best hospitality I have ever had anywhere in the world. Check in was amazing, fridge was stocked with what we had asked for and the property manager Ivan was there to help us with any of our needs. Not to mention the beautiful, clean home and amazing view for sunset! My friends and I will definitely be back. Thank you again.

Said you have your own conceierge that will do whatever you need I asked about getting us groceries he proceeded to give me stores not go get it or stock the refrigerator pool guys was cleaning The pool at 6am would not be a problem if I was told before they came cause I was on the porch half naked then never saw them again during stay I asked for the housekeeping and he said they had to clean another house and it will have to be tomorrow I’m like so having things done at your convenience isn’t correct statement but don’t get me wrong beautiful property beautiful house we saw butterfly monkey toucan different birds nice quit area

Pictures Don't Do Justice

Like everything else that is beautiful in Costa Rica - pictures do not do this place justice. The house is amazing. It is very well built and has all the amenities you could need. The beach is beautiful and this is one of the few places available to rent that is on the beach. You are very close to the highway so you can hear the compression brakes of the trucks, but if the windows are closed you can’t really hear them. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience in an absolutely stunning home in Costa Rica that will create a lifetime of good memories, do yourself a favor and book this property. It is that good.

Great Place!!

The house is a unique design and feels very spacious. There is daily housekeeping and a nighttime security guard (although we never felt unsafe in this region) included in the price, which was nice. The pool is excellent and a good size. We would stay here again and highly recommend this region of Costa Rica if you are looking for a real get-away.

Maison luxueuse avec une vue magnifique de la mer et du coucher de soleil sur le pacigique

Entourée de la faune et de la flore tropicale de la région, la résidence était spacieuse et bien équipée pour notre famille de 6 adultes, 3 grandes chambres avec salle de bain privée, deux espaces salons et une grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La terrasse avec sa piscine était particulièrement appréciée après les randonnées. Tout le personnel était dévoué pour nous permettre de profiter de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale à Oscar le concierge pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité. La région de Dominical-Uvita permet de nombreuses explorations et cette résidence luxueuse était le point de chute idéal, juste assez isolée de la route principale tout en étant facile d’accès. Une magnifique plage sauvage est à quelques minutes en voiture. Sans parler de nos visiteurs animaliers tels les toucans, pavones grande, oiseaux-mouches, buses, tayra etc. C’est un petit paradis dont j’hésitais à donner l’adresse mais il me faut le faire pour nos hôtes qui nous ont si bien reçus.

Truly a paradise!

A gorgeous home overlooking the ocean! Our family of 6 had the most amazing Christmas vacation and we will definitely be back. The attention of the staff of Paradise Breezes was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we made our reservation. This luxury retreat is the perfect place to unwind and also explore the surrounding mountains/jungles/beaches and towns. Although the pictures of this Villa were stunning, it is even more beautiful in real life. A place that must be seen. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends. There are many excellent restaurants in the area ranging from fine steak and seafood houses to quaint restaurants that offer more locally inspired dishes (our favourite). Many adventures and attractions are a short drive away. It was perfect!

You Will Never Want To Leave!

My husband and I found ourselves falling easily into the pace and rhythm of Costa Rica as we always do. Eager to relax, explore and increase the fun-factor, House Of Crystal was the perfect choice. The house is spacious, modern and very clean with unforgettable views that look out upon the Pacific Ocean. Every hour is a chance to see the light reflected on the ocean in a different color. The pool is invigorating, we challenged each other after the first cup of coffee to jump in and start the day! Soon we were holding hands and making the plunge! So fun to live so joyously! (and it was COLD). The location is perfect to explore Uvita, Dominical and surrounding towns. Manuel Antonio is only 30 minutes away which hosts great gourmet cuisine with Costa Rican flavor. There is a Soda(Tipico -term for sm. restaurant) at the bottom of the hill from the house which has great food. Very Fresh! We found ourselves making friends with the owners. We took a ride in our 4x4, 10 miles out into the jungle to look at waterfalls (Waterfall Chotal)sp? And drove across one car suspension bridges and saw so much natural beauty, green mountains covered with grazing Brahmas. Emmanuel was a great concierge and a wealth of information and happy to help you immediately for all of your requests. We promise you will never want to leave. Wonderful Christmas at Paradise Breezes

I spent Christmas 2014 in the Cristal Villa with my wife and six year old son. My sister and her family had rented another villa up the hill. We had a spectacular time. The villa was amazing and Emanuel was incredibly helpful arranging a wide array of outings. We even had a private chef prepare Christmas dinner (for 15) which we hosted comfortably in our villa. The property is wonderful and the location is great with quite convenient access to everything we needed: food, restaurants, liquor, zip-lining, dolphin watching, snorkeling, diving, horseback riding, waterfalls, and nature walks.

Stylish, comfortable and well appointed haven

This stylish villa is located close to Dominical - a lovely, non-touristy, low-key town with surprisingly excellent food and coffee options (try Cafe Mono Congo and El Pescado loco). The great advantage of Dominical is the friendliness of the locals without being constantly hassled by various vendors. It is a convenient location to travel to the many local attractions in the area and is almost the 1/2 way point between the busier town of Manuel Antonio - and National Park - and the restaurant scene of Ojochal. The management of the villa offers exceptional service and I would highly recommend the villa for 3 couples/small families with older children

Could not ask for more

Two friends and I just returned from Villa Cristal. We could not have asked for a better experience. First of all, Emanuel was a superb and reliable host. He pointed us towards everything we needed in Dominical and beyond, and he was on hand to answer every little question we had. The house itself is fantastic. Everything is kept in perfect order and the location/environs are simply stunning. Almost hard to believe. I would highly recommend Paradise Breezes to any families or groups of friends looking for the best of Costa Rica, slightly off the beaten path.

Wow! What a trip of a lifetime!

On my bucket list was to spend a MONTH in Costa Rica, and I am so glad I stayed at Villa Cristal. This 3 bedroom house was PERFECT. Although this sounds crazy, I actually had 8 different couples stay with me (2 couples per week) over the month stay. Without exception, EVERYONE loved it. The house was a modern, clean and well designed. The pool was HEAVEN! The grounds were tropical and exotic. The bird and animal life was overwhelming. The staff was superb! It is so rare in life to have your expectations exceeded, but this house was a great based to have my trip of a lifetime. Oh yes, and this part of the country has SUCH interesting places within an hour's drive.

Relax in Paradise

This was our third time to Paradise Breezes and the second stay at Villa Cristal. The house is in great condition with a perfect location near several beaches and has a incredible view. The staff is awesome and right there if anything is needed. Get away from the tourist crowds and yet be close to many attractions. Cant beat Paradise Beezes. PURA VIDA

Exceeded Our Family's Expectations!

We took our family of 5 (three children, ages 10, 11 and 17) to Paradise Breezes for spring break. Our trip was wonderful, and our experience with this property and the staff was fantastic! The property is safe, secure, private and clean. Frankly, the pictures don't do it justice. The house is great and very comfortable; it's was more than large enough for the five of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were large, and the outdoor space was great. We spent most afternoons and evenings playing games or reading on the large back patio, taking breaks to swim in the pool (which the staff cleaned daily). The views of the ocean were excellent, and we were able to see plenty of wildlife (birds including toucans in the afternoon, lizards a plenty, etc.) from the patio. Emanuel was a great help to us. He scheduled all of our excursions (rafting, horseback riding, zip lining, National Park tour) and was always available for questions by phone (always answered immediately). He provided good advice with respect to restaurants, beaches and just general information. He was always there when we needed him, yet not intrusive at all. Perfect. I highly recommend this property. You definitely need a car, and it is a drive from San Jose (3+ hours), but once you get there it's worth every minute. It's a very short drive to Dominical and Playa Dominicalito, and only about 20 minutes or so south of Quepos. We had no problem getting around, and it was nice to feel like we were alone in the middle of the jungle when we returned to the house. I'd say this is great for adults or families with kids. Plenty to do nearby, and you won't find a better host than Emanuel. Thanks again, Emanuel! Signed, Family that Escaped a Cold Chicago Winter!

Paradise !

We really recommand Paradise Breezes for a trip in Costa Rica! We had a wonderful time and the staff (managor, house keepers and the pool guy) were all very helpful. We did some excursions and the managor booked everything for us. The house was wonderful and very clean. The nature all around makes it very exotic. We could hear and see some animals from the pool. We were four and the house was perfect with the private bathroom in every bedrooms. It's really quiet and peaceful, we wish to come again and thanks to everybody of Paradise Breezes!
