Adjacent to the Great Room is the cozy pine paneled reading room centered around a gas-fired stone fireplace. This is perfect space to enjoy games of chess, conversation, reading, or just relaxing.
Upstairs of the main house, four spacious king bedrooms with en-suite baths offer views of the ocean. Flat screen TV’s and USB charging ports are provided in each of these rooms. The fifth main house upstairs bedroom offers two substantial sets of Restoration Hardware twin bunk beds providing secure sleeping quarters for your younger family members. Accessible via its own dedicated stairway but attached to the main house you will find the annex quarters featuring two additional upstairs quiet private bedrooms. The king bedroom with en-suite bath and a private balcony deck overlooks the ocean. There is an adjacent room holding two twin beds. The annex quarters provide a quiet lovely space to offer tranquility and privacy from the main house.
Easily accessible from the outside brick patio is a first floor “Beach Bathroom”. A shower, toilet, two sinks, and shelves for the beach towel supplies makes this perfect for managing active days at the beach. An outdoor shower is also available for anyone needing to rinse the ocean's salt or to shower the kids after building their sandcastles. Adjacent to the Beach Bath is the large open laundry area featuring two washers, a dryer, iron and ironing board, and all necessary laundry detergents.
Two ocean facing covered decks offer relaxing open-air seating for intimate drinks, coffee, or chats. Dining al fresco is made easy with the three-burner gas grill under the octagonal gazebo with interior seating and retractable wind protection. A large gas fire pit is perfect for evening drinks or S'mores under the stars as your night lingers. The expansive brick patio invites you to embrace time outdoors.
Other important amenities include keyless entry, additional refrigerator, central A/C in all interior spaces, WIFI, two CoolCabanas for the beach, twelve beach chairs, six Boogie Boards, Corn Hole Game, and a multitude of kids’ toys. There is parking for six vehicles in the brick driveway. Special arrangements with sufficient advance notice can be made for access to Private Chefs, on site Clam Bakes, fishing trips, and housekeeping during your stay. Enhanced cleaning is our standard. The Ocean House Restaurant, The Pelham House Restaurant, and the Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor are only steps away from this expansive beach front home.
