Oceans II condo 107

The condo was clean n well supplied with towels, kitchen utensils n plates, cups, etc. The contact person for the owner was super to work with n it was a perfect place for my granddaughter and I to stay!

Absolutely perfect

This location for my husband and I to have a short get away was perfect. The fact that nothing was very far from our front door was great. Adirondack chairs in the grass overlooking the ocean was a special treat. I love the ocean but not the sand so much. This owner put thought into her condo. She had a complete kitchen, ample bath towels, soft throw rugs, memory foam topper on the mattress, beach chairs/umbrella to use and outdoor chairs right outside the door. She thought of everything including coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee and cute packaged soaps in the bathroom. The AC and ceiling fan kept it comfortable while it was nearly 100 degrees outside. And to top it off, there is an assigned reserved parking space so you don't have to worry about where to park!!

Not bad...

It was nice overall however there were some things that made it just "okay".Outlets didn't allow you to charge things, the sink didn't drain, and we found a cockroach night 1 which left us paranoid the rest of the stay. Overall response time from the host was great and only steps from the beach.

Good location at the very northern end of the boardwalk, close to things but away from the crowds. Small but had what we needed, including a comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and beach chairs in good condition. Some of the advance communication was confusing because it came from different sources but a quick phone call resolved the one check in issue that had gotten buried.

Lovely stay!

The property was lovely, just as a described and in a great location for a relaxing vacation. It was great to have the reserved parking spot, the beach towels and beach chairs available. The studio is the perfect size for one person or a couple, would absolutely stay again!

The location was amazing, the surrounding was beautiful! I am was literally steps from the beach and we have our own little private beach !!! I was in awwwweee and am already planning my next trip to the same location!

Quiet, great beach access

Small, but comfortable, definitely best for 2 people, giving it a 4 instead of 5 because of a mildewy odor that crept into our stuff and we still smelled it when we got home, and because the stove didn't work very well. Loved the well tended pool, and the grassy area to view the ocean is wonderful, peaceful. Holiday inn next door for breakfast was great. Parking was convenient. If you've stayed at hotels in VA beach before, you know the parking lots can be challenging. Provided us with plenty of towels, TP, etc. Extras like umbrellas, beach towels.

Wonderful classic and cosy getaway

Property was always clean and cute. The condo was as listed and had a great vibe. The location was very low key and private. At times we had the beach to ourselves. Ocean life was present. We saw dolphins all the time along with sea life. Highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it.

Perfect Vacation for Two

We were so impressed with this unit. It had everything we needed and more! It was so well appointed and the best use of the space provided. The location was great for us especially being right on the beach. A bit down from all the beach traffic made it perfect for us! We felt at home the minute we arrived. Just what we needed for our 3 day stay. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you Pam for being the best host and so attentive to us by reaching out before we arrived and while we were there. Highly recommend this property for any couple looking for a relaxing spot to vacation on Virginia Beach.

Exceptional!

Very pleased with the experience. The studio is cozy, very pleasant, has everything you need to feel comfortable, and most importantly, it is steps away from the BoardWalk. The host went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Her communications were timely and contained all necessary details about checking in and checking out. The Perfect Spot

The unit was just perfect for the two of us who came to VA. Beach for a 3 day country music festival. It’s located right on the beach a bit down from all the traffic so we felt like we had “our own beach” and the lawn area was great to sit and enjoy the beach and ocean and just relax. The unit itself had everything anyone could need. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella as well as kitchen utensils, pots, pans, blender, iron etc!!! The directions for use were clear and accessible and we were allowed early check in which made our stay even more perfect! Thank you Pam for allowing us to stay in your wonderful vacation home. We definitely plan to come back.

Must Book Again!

This place is right on the beach and totally worth a second vacation. The board walk is only maybe 50 ft from the place and a pool outside your door. The place was clean and very comfortable. The owner was super nice and responsive. They even provided extra towels and chairs for beach fun. I believe I’ll be back to rent again.

In town for wedding at The Cavalier, which was easily walkable and almost across the street. Wasn’t going to pay Cavalier rates and am glad we found this place. Despite cruddy weather had an enjoyable stay in this cozy one bedroom. Pool right outside your door and beach not that much farther. Excellent communication. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Really tiny place that needs updating.

The suite is TINY!. There is no room for luggage or any of your belongings. There were just two of us and it was supper tight. The place needs updating. The lock on the door was broken. The TV was difficult to use and didn't work right alot of the time. The only good thing about the place is the location. The location was ideal. Close to everything.

Wonderful getaway

Considering this was a few days after the "aftermath of Hurricane Ian", we had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival we could not get into the unit, as sand had blasted the lock. It took awhile for the locksmith to drill a new lock, etc, but Stephanie (manager) got right back to us when we called her, and stayed with us throughout! She was amazing! The owner compensated us very fairly and was very concerned for us, even offering to put us up in a hotel. The unit was VERY clean and had everything we needed. It got cool in the evening, and the heat worked well. The overhead fan kept it just right during the day. The shower was amazing--great water pressure. I loved the (private) grassy area out front with beach lounges and adirondack chairs overlooking the beach. The pool looked great, but it was a bit too cold for swimmng!! The parking area was just steps across the sidewalk and very convenient. We contacted Stephanie a few times during our stay and she was always happy to talk, give recommendations, etc. She is a GEM! Overall, this was a 5/5!
