AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

With 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room for 6 you can bring everyone in the family and a few friends too. The third floor living area offers a large sitting space with 55" Smart TV and surround sound, a huge dining table and large island seating for 5 more. The fully stocked kitchen offers the chef in the family a wide assortment of top of the line appliances and gadgets to create masterpieces. Skytop Lounge is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Skytop Lounge the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Fantastic beach week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families stay in this home, 6 adults and 6 children, it was a great size and set up for us. It’s directly above Dylan’s pizza in the heart of cinnamon shore north. Great location. Couple things to be mindful of: one of the king bedrooms is right next to the kids bunk room and there is one bathroom to share between those rooms, we just set some guidelines early in the week so it wasn’t mass chaos in the bathroom. Secondly, It is a townhome so there is no garage or driveway. Which was fine but made for an extra few trips from the beach each day out to the parking spots. Highly recommend this house, great kitchen and common area.

Okay, but won’t stay there again.

Nice but too many steps! It’s hard to tell from the photos, but access to the condo is a long set of stairs. This would have been nice to know up front! Then steps up to the main living kitchen area. We had a 2 year old we had to block all stairs from and 2 seniors that have arthritis . Kitchen faucet wasn’t working…it was detached till we complained 3 times to get fixed. All 3 bathrooms didn’t have working exhaust fans! Needs some upkeep love. Great kitchen! Bedrooms are small except master. Outdoor concerts are super loud till 10:00pm if you have young kids.

Reviewer Comments: we visited with 2 families; 5 kids ages 7-12. property had plenty of room for all of us. The house had several beach toys/floats in the hall closet that were either left or stocked which was an added bonus as we hadn't brought a huge stash with us. We donated boogie boards to that collection when we left. Location was walkable to the beach- totally doable if you are 12+ with just one bag, but if you want to bring gear, chairs, small children, etc. a golf cart would be highly recommended. Located directly above the pizza restaurant added some nice people-watching opportunities & a birds-eye view of the line/wait time. However, late at night after the restaurant closed the cleaning staff was incredibly loud with music, voices & overall noice while cleaning/closing up (up until 11pm-12am). Not super noticeable from the upstairs bedroom, but very loud from the bottom floor with the 3 bedrooms. We had a slight issue with water temp in downstairs shower (no hot water); but maint staff responded promptly and fixed the issue on the spot. Wifi service was terrible; plus none of us had good cell service there, so trying to work or stream videos was super difficult and frustrating. This was our first time in Cinnamon Shores & Port A. It is a beautiful, cute secluded section of beach life. However, we felt that for the lack of variety in restaurants and inability to eat at 2 of them while we were there, CS realty should allow for shorter stays. We weren't expecting to have to grocery shop & cook out of necessity/lack of options. We stayed for 4 nights which was hard to find b/c most are 5+ nights but really CS should offer 2-3 night options given what's available.

Great location, not so great house for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at the property, there was a broken glass lamp, the ottoman in the living room was missing a leg and leaning over, the microwave didn’t work and the face plate was falling off, and there was a horrid smell to the house. We called the office to communicate this with them and they asked us to send pictures. However, the Wi-Fi barely worked and the pictures wouldn’t send. It took a day and a half for maintenance to come and all they did was bring a separate microwave that was also missing a leg and set it in the middle of the kitchen counter. Even after arriving back home, I can smell the mildew smell from the house on our clothes. With that being said, the location of the house was unbeatable. You can see the stage from all 3 balconies and it is conveniently located close to the pizza place, the coffee shop, and the main office. That would be the only factor that would convince me to stay in that property again. This review is specific to the house and not Cinnamon Shore as a whole. We had so much fun in the community at the pools and beach and will definitely be back to Cinnamon Shore!

Reviewer Comments: The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our Thanksgiving stay, though it was much tighter than we were used to (first stay in a townhome). The home had some real maintenance issues...leak in the ceiling, drains clogged, toilet seat broken and noticeable wear and tear in the unit as well as with the furniture. But our main issue was the sound coming from Dylan's (3/4 bedrooms are the floor right above). Maybe not a problem if you don't have napping children and don't go to bed before 10pm, however I feel it is important to go in eyes wide open with something like this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great: The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable, fun location - directly above Dylans. The only hiccup we experienced was a man entered our unit with two dogs by using the keypad code, to which we didn't have access. Management responded immediately to help with the lock situation and tracked down who came in. My ONLY constructive criticism would be that the resort require the the homeowners install a deadbolt on the main entrances, so something like this won't happen again. Other than that, our family had a wonderful experience and plan to return.
