Against a clean backdrop of all-white, shiplap walls, the home feels beachy with a nautically-inspired color palette featuring navy, grey and khaki. If you’re looking for a charming place to bring your family or to vacation with friends, this adorable, two-story, cottage-style home has plenty of spaces to play, dine, and lounge together and to retreat for your own relaxing downtime.
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Located on the second floor, the main living space offers a light-filled space that inspires fun amid nautical theme décor. Bar-stool seating at the island in the contemporary, all-white kitchen promotes interaction between the cooks in the crowd and the rest of the group. The adjacent, comfortable den area makes everyone feel part of the action. This gathering space extends to the second-floor porch, which overlooks the community’s other charming homes and offers a gas grill and outdoor dining table.
SLEEPING QUARTERS:
On the first level, you’ll find three bedrooms that meet different needs. One with a cozy, king-size bed leads to an attached bath that feels beachy. A fabulous, nautical-theme bunk room with two sets of built-in bunk beds and additional trundle beds sleeps six, and it has plenty of open, built-in shelving for toys and kids’ beach gear. In the third, first-floor bedroom, a pair of classic twin beds made of vintage-looking wrought iron get a beach makeover with raffia panels inserted on each footboard. Tucked in a nook beneath the stairwell, there’s even another darling twin bed to make room for one more guest!
The second-floor master suite features navy-grey-and-white bed linens, while a crisp, khaki-and-white stripe rug dress the floors. In the bath, an oversize, soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower provide luxurious choices, and beachy accents, such as the driftwood-and-oyster shell frames on round mirrors mean you can’t be anywhere else but the beach.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Merroway Cove is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Merroway Cove the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
