Great place for a large family reunion

We stayed 8 days with 28 people in both houses and the places worked great. The owner was very responsive to the small issues we had. We highly recommend for a large group like ours or even a smaller one.

We had a large family in from all over the US attending a wedding at one of the venues in Apache Junction. There was about 25 of us. We rented both houses just to give us space so we weren’t on top of each other. We had an excellent time! It takes so much pressure off meal times to have everyone under one roof cooking and sharing meals. One night we had a hibachi chef come and it was so fun. The next day we had about 50 people for a pre wedding afternoon bbq. We catered that locally too. Easy! It is a great house(s) to spend family time together. We swam, sat but the fire pit and enjoyed our time together. I highly recommend this venue. The venues in Apache Junction are WAY out there and these houses were super close to them.

Great property for company retreat

We had our retreat here, and it was amazing. It's a very comfortable place, and the owner was terrific to work with. I love that no property manager works with the owner who cares, not some property manager who doesn't. Beautiful sunsets and serene views.

Family Reunion

We had an amazing time! We booked the property for our family reunion. We had 30 people ranging in age from 2-82. We had plenty of room to spread out and we spent hours and hours in the beautiful pools. And the views were spectacular.

Staying at David's properties was the most amazing experience for my son's wedding this weekend! The entire bridal party was able to stay, relax, and enjoy themselves. Casa Blanca was the perfect, grandiose, most picturesque place for the reception. Casa de Oasis was the gathering place for friends and family the day after the ceremony and reception. Everybody fully enjoyed the amenities both properties offered. The hidden room was such a surprise! Truly the most memorable retreat we've ever experienced at a VRBO anywhere at any time. These memories will be cherished forever. Thank you, David!

Amazing Stay!

We had such an amazing time at Casa Blanca & Oasis. We had a group of 45 friends & family that stayed with us and off-site who came to spend days at the homes. Absolutely beautiful homes on both properties. Clean, well stocked and as picturesque as the listing suggests. We did fire features at both venues and it was gorgeous, highly recommend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and coming from Canada, we did not need them heated in early May. David was also a pleasure to interact with. Would stay again!

Great Property

We stayed at both houses with a college baseball team. We had a total of 31 in our party and there was more than enough space. Keep in mind this was 30 college athletes. Hosts were great, more than enough space and it was super clean. Would rent again if we return.

We would not stay here again. Major water issues as we had not water for most of the first day then no hot water. Half the rooms didn’t have lights that worked and the backyard is not illuminated and a safety hazard.

Wedding Weekend

We had a great time at the properties for our wedding weekend. We were able to comfortably fit both families and wedding party in the houses. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and cooked all weekend at the house. The rules are a bit strict which was intimidating and produced some anxiety but if you are a responsible adult and not looking to have a rager then it’s a great house for wedding weekends.

WOW

We stayed at both Casa Blanca and Casa De Oasis...and WOW. We were here for my grandma's 90th birthday and these properties were perfect for us to relax, stay close, and enjoy each other's company. Both places are beautiful and have perks. Casa Blanca's spacious living/entertaining space as well as the Tappan grill- we used it to make a pancake breakfast! Casa De Oasis' game room and movie room were amazing and the kids loved both areas- so did the adults! Really nothing bad to say, I would 100% stay here again and even make it a destination in itself!
