The kitchen comes stocked with a wide variety of dishes so you can cook/bake as much as needed during your stay. The eat-in kitchen opens up into the family room making it great for gathering together. Outside you'll find a covered patio space that opens up to a beautiful in-ground pool making this a truly great outdoor living space. There is also a 3-car garage available for your use.

**Can I host a party?**
No. This is a residential neighborhood and parties and events are not allowed.

**When will the pool be heated?**
The pool will be heated from November to April each year. Once it gets to be about 95 degrees outside, the heater will be turned off. The pool is quite refreshingly cool when it is 95 degrees or warmer outside.

**Can I park in the garage?**
Yes!! Especially in the summer you may use the garage.

The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. The pop machine was down but they sent someone out right away to fix it. There are plenty of outdoor activities, and indoor games to keep the kids busy. The pool was nice and warm. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around and have their own bed to sleep in.

The house needs are thorough cleaning. One housekeeper cannot clean a house that size in 5 hours and do a sufficient job. With a little tender loving care it could be 4-5 stars.The house is very unique and we did enjoy our stay.

Great House with lots of amenities

We had about 14 people (10 adults & 4 kids) stay in the house for 5 days and had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own bed. The house was very clean and well maintained with lots of essential items like kitchenware, towels, plenty of parking, and clean well maintained pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house.

Surprisingly big and comfortable house. A little out of the way, but only house near by that fit our family of 23. Plenty of room and rooms, back yard was well designed with plenty of things to do. Seven bedrooms perfect for the 7 adult units and our 11 grandchildren. Great neighborhood.

A fun house! Lots of room and fun space! The pool heater may not be working properly. The pool was cold! Well equipped kitchen. Could use a vegetable peeler. We had 14 people for dinner Christmas Eve and were very comfortable. The arcade games were a big hit! We would rent this again!

Vibrant Oasis in the Desert

Our soccer team stayed here for a tournament. The neighborhood was very quiet, the house was clean, and the atmosphere was fun! The host was accommodating and quick to respond. The soda machine wasn’t working properly but they brought us cases of sodas to compensate quickly after being notified which was so appreciated and enjoyed by the players. We had a few fire alarms chirping and they sent a repairman immediately out to replace the batteries. We appreciated their responsiveness and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great family getaway

We had 20 people, ages 2 and up, during our stay. The layout of rooms and bathrooms was perfect for a group of our size. The extra folding beds that were available were a nice addition. Pros: Great outdoor space with lots of seating, games, and a heated pool. The arcade games and soda machine were definitely used a lot by the kids/teens. Plenty of room in the garage and driveway. Host was very responsive. The best part was truly the room to spread out in the house, especially with 20 of us staying there. Cons: Not many. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work well. We had to buy and replace the batteries in a couple smoke alarms because they were chirping. We also had to have someone come out and replace the syrup in the soda machine. Overall, this was a great property and I would highly recommend it.

Its a perfect fit, fun decor, lots of amenities. We do family gatherings all the time, we prefer places where we can use everything without worrying the furniture is perfect for welcoming use, you can relax and enjoy the space without worrying that something may get broken or stained. We especially enjoyed the soda fountain, pool table and arcade games. They were very welcoming and just let us enjoy ourselves. It feels like home, only with the fun decor we all would do if we didn't have to do the work ourselves. We love experiencing places that have unique things to offer and this place delivered it all. It was perfect because if the bright fun colors and activities available, it helped us to be able to add the celebration to my brother's celebration of life, we were able to enjoy our time together with the space to be on our own if we needed. We all stayed here together and it was a nice opportunity to just be together. We rented it with hopefully liking it enough to do an annual gathering so my brothers kids can have time with as many family members as possible, we will definitely be going back. It has something for people of all ages! Im so glad we found this place. We are simple people who understand the value of a place that has the capacity for large groups. Others will judge that decor or nit pick, the reality is its fairly priced large space with entertainment for all ages, its a comfortable place that feels like coming home but more fun, with color that makes you 😊

The house is absolutely beautiful, fun, large and perfect for any type of family get-together or large group gathering. We came from all over to attend a wedding in Apache Junction. There were 17 of us and we never felt like the space was too small. At one point, some other out of towners joined us for dinner and we had four people in one room playing pool, five people in the dining room playing cards, five more people at the kitchen table playing cards, four people watching TV and six more people outside chit-chatting by the pool. It was so joyous to walk from space to space and see everyone doing something different but all of us allowed to be together at the same time. The amenities were spectacular! The soda machine was a big hit. The billiards table and the pool were fantastic. We never took the time to play the game machines but it was wonderful that they were there and that it was an option. I'm sure if we had small children or teenagers they would have loved it. In addition, after a day or two at any other rental home, I have had to go out and purchase more toilet paper and/or paper towel. The owners had this house well stocked and we never had to purchase those types of items. The location is absolutely perfect. It is quiet but also within a mile or two of any store or restaurant you could possibly need. Book it and enjoy your family and friends together in a spectacular home that has enough space to be together and be separate at the same time!

The microwave never worked. The kitchen faucet handle continuously fell off every time we used it. The ice maker quit working after we were there 3 days. The garbage disposal makes a horrible grinding noise. The kitchen table is very wobbly. Also the water filter replacement is needed in the refrigerator. The kitchen floor was very dirty, the soles of your feet should not be black when you walk around barefoot.The toilet seat in the upstairs back bedroom is very wobbly & felt unsafe. Also in that same bathroom the faucets in those two sinks produced a very small stream of water & the one sink was plugged up. The front bedroom curtains do not cover the window so there is not privacy, there should be a blind or shade added.There was dirt & hair behind the downstairs front bedroom bathroom door & also upstairs in the bathrooms behind the doors.Also the outside yard is full of weeds & thistles.
