****Apartment in the groundfloor of a charming building

The ****-apartment is situated on the ground floor of a charming structure built in 1908. The historic center of Partenkirchen is within walking distance. Scenic routes, promenades with breathtaking views of the Alpine landscape and other points of interest are also just a couple of minutes away.
The sunfilled apartment with its high ceilings and the combination of carefully restored building-structure, new design-elements and modern furniture offers a very special living atmosphere. The living-room has a sofa-area with TV, a dining-area and an open kitchen, hidden behind a wall. Two big bedrooms - each for two persons (1x 2 singlebeds, 1x twinbed) -, a small hall and a bathroom with rainshower are there so well.
The apartment has been rated with 4 stars.

A parking space in front of the house and a private storage in the basement belong to the apartment. The washing-machine and the dryer are located in the basement.

There is of course a Satellite-TV, a DVD-Player and free WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equiped with f.e. oven, freezer, toaster, coffeemaker - and the dishwasher !

For our youngest guests, we provide a baby-bed and a high-chair .

Bedlinen and towels are privided.

The free shuttle-bus stops conveniently across the street. It also stops at the Ski-Lift Kreuzeckbahn.

Alles Bestens
Die Wohnung im denkmalgeschützten blauen Haus ist wunderschöne hergerichtet, sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Innenstadt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß genauso gut erreichbar wie der Bahnhof Richtung Zugspitze und das Olympiastadion. Unser Auto haben wir nur für einen Ausflug zum Schloss Neuschwanstein bewegen müssen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Rund um gelungen!!!
Sehr saubere, moderne Wohnung mit „altem“ Charme, in der es an Nichts fehlt. Alles Lebensnotwendige ist in nur ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und stets bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Wonderful stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen!
We had a wonderful stay at the Blaues-Haus! The space was beautiful, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The location was super, and communication with our host was always helpful and timely. Wholeheartedly recommend and we hope to return!

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Unterkunft war top. Zwar an einer Durchgangsstraße gelegen aber trotzdem ruhig, da Schlafräume nach hinten raus lagen. Hinter dem Haus ruhiger Fußweg. Sprungschanze und Eckbauerbahn in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Partnachklamm 30 Minuten Fußweg. Historische Ludwigstraße, Supermarkt, Minigolf in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles andere konnte man bequem per Bus erreichen - Haltestelle ca, 50 Meter quer über die Straße.

Blaues Haus sehr schön, nicht nur sehr schön blau.
Für zwei Pärchen ideal, sehr praktisch alles. Das Spülbecken in der Küche allerdings suboptimal. Die beiden Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind bei den Fahrzeuggrößen faktisch nur durch einen PKW nutzbar. Das macht aber nichts, denn man kann direkt vor dem Haus auch auf der Straße parken. Die B2 vor dem Haus ist 24/7 intensiv frequentiert.
