We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Liz and her team quickly addressed any problems we had. The location is great, but a bit challenging for anyone who has trouble with hills or stairs. The pool areas are lovely and we really enjoyed getting to know the other guests. Would stay again.

Very beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom. Bedrooms are full size and 2 have their own bathrooms. Patio for you just outside your front door with a hammock and outdoor sofas. You can take the stairs up a few flights and get to some common area swimmming pools and social areas. There are other condos/ppl that live on top floors which allowed us to make new friends. Perfect location for downtown access. Close to groceries, food and local markets. Luis is the onsite guy who is super cool and loves to help where he can. I would highly recommend this spot. It is on a pretty steep street and plenty of leg workout to get to the front door but hey what isnt on hill here, right!

Fabulous PV stay

My husband and I went to PV with two other couples and the vacation was amazing! Liz was great to deal with, and the staff were all so nice (especially Luis). We all loved the accommodations and the various levels with the pools. The location is great being walking distance to everything. We all agreed that we will be back!

Excellent stay

While I didn't get to stay as I came down ill and unable to travel, my friends who did stay reported the home was great, nicely appointed, and relaxing. It is a bit of a steep walk as described, but nothing too serious. The owner was easy to communicate with. I hope I get to go back and experience it for myself next time!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. They even cleaned and did our laundry half way through our trip. The pools were only about 3 feet deep but the view from them was incredible. Unfortunately the condo is at the top of a really steep hill and then another 70 stairs from there to get up to the condo itself. Overall it was great but the hill and stairs were a little too much for us

Fantastic Views/Central Location

We wanted to get a place a little closer to the old downtown that could accommodate 4 adults and had amazing views and pools and interesting areas to enjoy. This place was all of those things. Close to restaurants, shops, Malecon boardwalk and the beach. We were a short uber ride to the Vallarta Marina Market which was so much fun. The host was so gracious and quickly responsive to all of our needs. We definitely want to come back again!

Colorful Condo in 5 de Diciembre

Once you make it up the steep street and stairs, you will find a beautiful and brightly colored getaway tucked away in the vibrant neighborhood of 5 de Diciembre. We loved the decor, the air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 rooftop pools, and picturesque views of the city, beach and ocean. The host replies very quickly, and the property caretakers made sure we had everything we needed. We felt very safe at the house and in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying in this great property so close to everything even though not in the tourist hotspots which made it all the more authentic and charming. The taco van just down the road was a welcome addition. The views from the pool areas and magical and the staff keep the place spotless. You get a workout walking up the steps! Close to really good restaurants and the beach. We had a wonderful holiday here and our host Liz was delightful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would certainly stay here again.

Great space for our family Trip

Yes you have to climb a steep road and stairs so don’t pick this place if you can’t! The place was fantastic. We loved the private patio, the shared spaces too. We loved the neighborhood too. Short walk to the Malecon, the beach, street tacos, grocery, everything we needed for a great trip. The host is super responsive, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Maybe not great for littler kids but there were six of us (two young teens) and it was perfect for us.

Beautiful condo in the heart of downtown area

Our group of 5 had a wonderful time staying at Liz’s condo for a week in early March. We loved the space we had for our group and it was close to everything. One thing to note is there is a steep hill on condo street and many steps to get to condo and our group was ages 56-72 so there were some in our group that did not enjoy the steepness of the condo location as much (although they became accustomed to it after a few days) but the views at the pools and property were beautiful and you can always take an Uber or Taxi to and from the street to downtown if you needed to do so. Luis and Connie were on the property daily and took good care of our group, helping with grocery runs and various things we needed. Overall it was a wonderful stay! Also plenty of bottled water (5 gallon size) available for us to use and drink!

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time staying in PV Casa Sunset. The apartment was large and spacious, big enough for our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers The location was fantastic! We could walk everywhere in town, and Ubers to the marina were affordable when we went for some activities (scuba diving and snorkelling, as well as the pirate show) The furnishings were fantastic, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The numerous patios and outdoor sitting areas were amazing!!! We loved being able to relax in a hammock, lie on a sunbed or soak in the pool! Liz was very responsive to messages, and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend staying here to everyone!!! Thank you so much!!!

What a Gem!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place worked out perfectly for 5 adults! We loved that we had access to the many levels of the complex! Watched many sunrises and sunsets from the top floor, lounged in the pool, grilled a great meal and ate it outside using the supplied patio furniture! The location was perfect (in our opinion)- we loved walking around and exploring the area! Bichos taco stand was a daily stop for us! We thoroughly enjoyed the space and we plan on coming back again! Liz was available for all of our questions, had lots of great recommendations and she even stopped by with homemade brownies! Loved our stay, loved PV! As others have mentioned, there is a bit of a hike/stairs to get to the place, but we loved it- we figured it burned more calories so more food could be eaten! Don't let that comment scare you away from renting from Liz!

A neighborhood place in paradise

For our trip to PV this year, we invited our two sons and their significant others, so we needed three rooms and as many bathrooms, making a hotel an expensive option. Hence our first-ever vacation rental. This was a great one - plenty of space in the condo, plus outdoor terraces, and two pools and multiple decks on the roof, with sweeping views of the bay. All was as advertised. The only caveat would be for those who are not very mobile (or very out of shape) - the condo is at the start of what becomes a steep incline, so there are a couple of blocks with steps, and many steps up to the condo, but that is also a way of burning off some of the delicious PV cuisine. Speaking of which, the location is great, just a few blocks from the north end of the Malecon as well as a few blocks from the Ley supermarket. Despite the proximity to the church Parroquia de Nuestra Señora del Refugio, we could not hear the chimes at night and during the day we always knew what time it was. The neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Location and Condo

Liz and her family were so nice!! Unbeatable location close to the malecon and the beach. Plenty of shops and places to eat near by. Uber anywhere in town for around $2 usd each way. Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. A/C in bedrooms worked great. Everything you would want or need is here!!

first time to PV...

This was our first time staying in Puerto Vallarta. Liz was always available and accommodating. The rental was fantastic. It was beautiful with great facilities; two rooftop pools, a barbecue area, an outdoor bar area and plenty of lounge chairs. The rooms had air conditioners. The kitchen was modern with all working amenities plus indoor laundry facilities. The bathrooms were nice with big walk-in showers. The bedroom beds were new and very comfortable with very nice furnishings. In short, this was a luxurious apartment to stay in. The place was very close to the shops, stores, restaurants, the beach and transportation. The people were all very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend staying there to almost anyone. The only one it might be a struggle for is someone who has trouble walking up a steep hill or has trouble with stairs.
