This stunning studio apartment at Baybliss Apartments is situated in a lush green tropical
coastal waters edge forest, offering adults-only accommodation for guests aged 21 and over. The apartment boasts breathtaking views of the ocean, bay, islands.

Designed with couples in mind, the open-plan studio features air-conditioning throughout, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, queen-sized bed, and private bathroom. The Kitchenette is fully equipped with a cooktop, microwave, bar size fridge, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, plateware, and cutlery. The balcony provides spectacular bay views, and there is an infinity pool with sun loungers, a BBQ, and a laundry room available for guests to use.

The Baybliss Apartments are located at Shute Harbour in a quiet cul-de-sac with stunning views from all the balconies, unit and the garden. There is a relaxed beachy vibe, and the street is safe and peaceful. Local bus stops are nearby, and some tours and restaurants offer free shuttles.

Free parking is available on the street. Baybliss Apartments is only a short 10 min drive to Airlie Beach Main Street & Lagoon, where guests can enjoy the famous waterfront boardwalk known as the Bicentennial Walk.

We provide a complimentary starter kit for guests, including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, and oil. Please note that this is a non serviced unit, for stays longer than 5 days, we can provide a linen change and room clean at a small fee.

Although we do not have the pleasure to meet our guests in person, self-check-in is hassle-free, and we are available to answer any questions. you can book your tours via our website to make your holiday experience even easer.

↬ The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: All guest must be (over 21 years of age to book and or stay).
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum
2 guests allowed on this property ADULTS ONLY.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
↬ Our aim is for your comfort and enjoyment, and if we can add to that in any way please let us know.
↬ The front door does self lock so please make sure you take your keys with you please do not leave the key in the back of the door, so you don't lock yourself out.
↬ The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
↬ In North Queensland we have bugs that can fly into the unit.
