This was the second time at this house.Bedrooms were perfect sizes for our family. Kitchen has everything we needed. Plenty of space for “alone” time. Would highly recommend to anyone especially child friendly!!

Power was out when we arrived but the power company fixed the pole by the next morning and the rest of the stay was wonderful!

Awesome

Great location, short walk to beach. There were 20 of us. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms looking forward in staying again in the future. Property management was great to deal with, responds quickly.

Friends weekend

Proximity to beach is a plus, although the house is off a busy road. Layout of house was good overall and accommodates a large crowd. Strong mildew smell on first floor; property managers were very prompt in delivering a dehumidifier. Didn't really help, though. Several guests found wadded up tissues and other items under their beds; one guest stepped on a pack of staples that were in the carpeting in their bedroom. Outdoor space was OK but a little neglected, especially the putting green.

Huge clean home in a great location!

This is the perfect vacation spot for large families or groups! A short walk to the beach and located close to plenty of shopping and dining options, this home has tons of common space to hang together and enough bed/bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We had a GREAT time staying at the Green Iguana!

Southern Shores - Outer Banks

Beautiful home and very well appointed throughout, particularly the kitchen. Great access to the beach and the pools were enjoyed each day.
