Full of fresh air and with Distant Sea and Country views. in summer Sunrise is visible from the front terrace. A fully operational Kitchen inclusive of Dish Washer and also an outdoor BBQ great for that summer evening. Lighting have been put in for a relaxing mood and also for strong light when needed. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Un très bon séjour de 12 nuits ! Clim dans le salon et dans la chambre, un vrai atout au vu des températures de l’île. Une arrivée facile à trouver au vu des informations de Peter, qui s’occupe de nous donner beaucoup d’informations et de prendre de nos nouvelles tout au long du séjour! Appartement situé dans un endroit calme, belle grande terrasse et barbecue. Je recommande fortement ! Merci Peter!

großzügiges, ruhiges Penthouse in zentraler Lage mit tollem Vermieter

Der Aufenthalt war toll! Das Appartment war großzügig geschnitten (nur das Bad ist etwas klein), es ist eine große Terrasse mit einem Super-Gasgrill vorhanden, die Einrichtung ist anspruchsvoll und die Beleuchtung für jeden Geschmack und Situation anpassbar. Der Ort ist nicht touristisch überlaufen, bietet aber alles was man braucht. Vor allem ist gleich um die Ecke eine echte handwerkliche Bäckerei mit leckerem Gebäck. Die Räume lassen sich gut klimatisieren und alles Wesentliche findet sich in der Küche, um auch kochen zu können. Selbst das ein oder andere Gewürz ist vorhanden und eine kleine Espresso-Kanne. Von der Wohnung aus lassen sich alle Punkte auf der Insel in längstens einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichen. Vor allem in Valletta ist man in knapp 20 Minuten. In 10-20 Minuten sind auch verschiedene, teils sehr schöne Badebuchten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies lag auch daran, dass Peter, der Vermieter, immer tolle Tipps für uns hatte und äußerst bemüht war, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Klasse!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, besonders die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Einerseits ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Backröhre, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Staubsauger, Föhn), allerdings hat uns gewundert, dass es keinen elektrischen Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Für uns kein Problem, wir sind Teetrinker. Die Wohnung liegt abseits der Touristenströme, man wohnt ruhig mitten unter Einheimischen. Der Nachteil ist, dass es im Ort kein Restaurant gibt, sondern nur Imbissmöglichkeiten. Zur Selbstversorgung gibt es einige kleine Läden und zwei sehr gute Bäckereien. Der Vermieter, der nebenan wohnt, war beruflich unterwegs, hat aber Kontakt gehalten und mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. In der Wohnung waren Unterlagen mit wertvollen Tipps. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke und einige weitere in Laufnähe im Ort. WLAN und Kabelfernsehen mit Netflix und YouTube sind vorhanden, aber keine deutschen TV-Programme. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Urlaub auf Malta

Schöne Unterkunft für 2 Personen, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wohnung im 3.OG per Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.B eine große Schale war alles vorhanden. Supermarkt wie z.B LIDL innerhalb von 5min. mit dem Auto erreichbar, gebührefreie Parkplätze sind auch genügend in der Nähe vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr gut 👍

Impresionante!!

Me ha parecido tal y como se muestra en el anuncio. ¡¡¡IMPRESIONANTE!! Un sitio ideal para una pareja, con su terraza orientada al ESTE desde donde podías disfrutar DE UN MUY BONITO AMANECER CON SU TERRAZA ENORME, y muy bonitas vistas incluso se ve el MAR, es ESTUPENDA. El Ático está totalmente reformado, completamente nuevo. A ESTRENAR!!!, no le falta ba un detalle, tal y como indican en el anuncio. El propietario es muy amable y generoso, te informa de sitios de interes turisticos y restaurates e incluso de lugares desconocidos poco pisatos por el humano, de los que no aparecen en las guías pero es gracias a él que los puedes conocer para disfrutar de muy bonitos lugares y bañarte y disfrutar del buceo en zonas muy tranquilas y aguas cristalinas. MUCHAS GRACIAS PETER!! Ha sido un placer. Se lo recomendaremos a cualquier persona que esté interesada en realizar un viaje por MALTA. MUCHAS GRACIAS DE NUEVO.
