BEST PLACE TO STAY IN LAVA

We absolutely loooooved staying here. Everything is so close and convenient, rooftop bar, Traeger grill, property manager is a freaking rockstar. We 100% will be staying here every single time we come to Lava!!!

Not worth the price

Floor was not clean very sticky like someone had spilled a soda. Toilet seat didn’t fit toilet. First got there and there was toilet paper in the toilet and looked like pee also. Sink faucet is loose and ready to fall off. Poor set up. Master bed is on the other side from tv. The bunk beds are where the tv is!

couple of things to know

Property manager was great! With that being said, the pictures led us to believe that the umbrella for the patio was included, it is not. And be aware, there is only a hot plate and fry pan for cooking. There is a microwave and coffee pot though. While the music at the bar stops at 10, this does not stop music from outside other condos. Fun place though and great location!!!

Just an ok place

I was super excited to stay here when I saw they were being built a few years ago. The beds were decent and the shower was big. Nice to have a large fridge. The patio was a plus. The floor weren’t the best. They were textured which didn’t feel so great on bare feet. They were also very dirty and dusty. The location was alright. This unit was at the top so I parked behind the unit up the hill. If your planning to walk everywhere in lava be prepared for lots of hill climbing /stairs. We had ants everywhere inside. I woke up with one in my bed even and on the counter. That was frustrating. I contacted the property manager and he sprayed. If spray but that didn’t do much. Overall I don’t think I would stay here again for how much they charge. I’m pretty disappointed. 😞
