Steps away from Boardway at 2nd street - no better location! Both bathrooms are on 2nd floor - 2 beds in lower room and 3 beds in upper room - so no privacy but for close friends or family it’s great place to stay in Nashville

Stay at the lofts

Great place very roomy. Right next to everything. Is noisy at night, but it states that in the description due to being right next to everything. Saves on cab fare. No microwave but overall a gret place to stay.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here! It was a perfect location to walk to everything. The check in/checkout process was smooth. Beds were comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. Some constructive feedback, we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, and there were no extra waste basket liners. I would recommend stocking these a little more for large groups that are staying for multiple days. Thank you again!

House music played at the bar next door until 2am

I had indicated that we were staying there for business travel and the listing failed to provide information about the fact that there was a bar playing house music until 2:00 in the morning,

Thank you so much for your feedback! It does mention in the listing that there is ambient noise from the bars because of the location. This property is 10 steps from the action of broadway, it is a great location if you are looking to enjoy the downtown scene. We feel this review is inaccurate as we can not control the outside noise of a downtown city.

Can’t get a better location but Loud AF

This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to sleep and just party. The location is amazing steps from broadway as listed. However, the listing downplayed the noise from nearby establishments. The music from the bar below shook the entire apartment and made it very difficult to sleep even in the upstairs rooms with multiple fans and white noise. Other than that it was good size with two bathrooms and our group of 9 was comfortable. Don’t book here if you want to get any sleep between the hours of 7 pm and 4 am.

A group of 10 women enjoyed this VRBO for a girls get away. The space and location was perfect. Bedding and linens were comfortable and good quality. We will definitely be back!

The location was incredible and the pictures don't do the loft justice! This place was actually much more spacious than it looked online and the exposed brick throughout was beautiful! Loved staying here and cannot wait to return!

107 Loft

Will definitely stay here again! Only one bathroom but sleeps 10 if you want. Walk out the door right to broadway. No microwave! :) if you come when it’s cold the downstairs room is pretty chilly. I would still rate it high! Realize though, you will hear music until 3 am, so if you are a light sleeper or need lots of sleep this may not be your choice.

Dyer Management is great to work with. The property is conveniently located to all the fun. That fun is loud unless you are wanting to be up and with them. This property is well maintained and a decent price!
