You'll love this 6300 square foot Multi Family Lodge that is close to the lake. Located in Snow Meadows near Garden City park. We are just a few minute drive from all the restaurants stores in Garden City and Garden City Park beach. 10-15 minutes to Rendezvous Beach State Park. It is perfect for 5 to 7 families to get together and enjoy all that Garden City Has to offer.

The house also includes a 1200 square foot game room with a Rockwall, Foam Pit, Indoor Playground, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Air hockey Table and Basket Ball Hoop game. Out side is a 5000 square foot grass field with a volley ball net.

The Lodge is located about a mike from beach access at Garden City Park. Convenient Garden City location right next to bike path. You can easily park 12 vehicles. There is easy year round road access.

Sleeps 42 in Beds, 10 more with pullouts and extra mattresses. Maximum occupancy of 52. Eight private bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps 14 in beds with lots of extra space.

Double oven and 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Lots of open space for reunions, family gatherings and large groups.

This place was perfect for our family get together. The kids loved the play area which is well stocked with toys besides the things you see in the pictures. The tables and chairs in the kitchen were enough for our group. The beds were fairly comfortable. This place is a little older but the price made it so we could do this little stay after we traveled to the Bear Lake area for the burial of my father. Thank you.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and we absolutely loved it. The home was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and each space was filled with items that made it easy for all ages to enjoy.We especially appreciated the large kitchen, which worked perfectly for our big family gatherings. We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family get-together. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, cook, and spend time together without feeling crowded.The kitchen was especially impressive and had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. There were plenty of large mixing bowls in the cupboard, three good-sized casserole dishes, a blender, a hand mixer, two electric griddles, and two crock pots. It made cooking for our whole group so easy and convenient.Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

The grandkids loved the playroom, especially the foam pit and climbing wall. Lots of space for everyone. The fire pit was a nice touch and there was plenty of seating to cover meals and being together as a large group. Maybe a little short on bathroom space but overall a great place.

The host was great to work with - very communicative throughout. We stayed in this same home last Christmas and they had made some upgrades which were much appreciated. #1 - they insulated the indoor play area so it is warm and cozy now! #2 - they closed in the game room off the dining area and it is quieter now. Overall, the home is well furnished and well maintained. Our kids love the indoor play area, especially the foam pit. They also appreciated the foosball and air hockey games. I like the large dining area so everyone can eat together. The kitchen is well stocked and the bar is easier to serve from. And, I appreciated the Christmas tree. We use it for our gift exchange area! Everything worked - everything was as advertised. I recommend this home for large family groups. (We had 40 people, with 26 of them being children!)

Something for everyone

My family of six brothers and three sisters, and their kids, young adults, were all there with so many activities and space to spread out, and the location was near the lake. Everything was perfect and ideal for what we were looking for. Would love to come back again.

We spent 6 days and 5 nights as a group of 40 and had a fantastic time!! The home was outfitted with everything we needed and more for cooking, chatting, and recreating.The living and dining spaces were so big and comfortable for a large group, and we danced and played on the lawn, enjoyed meals on the patio, and spent HOURS of fun in the gameroom! Not to kention movie night on the projector screen...Check in was so easy and Tami was very accomodating and quick to communicate! Check out was simple, not alot required.
