Your private accommodation is the main level of the house (basement excluded) and is about 1000 square feet( 110 square meter) which features living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The place have a full kitchen with furnace, kettle and dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and etc. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and private washroom with walkin shower ,the other two bedrooms feature a double bed. Washer and dryer are included in the place. The place is located in a quite neighborhood but very convenient. It is surrounded with golf courses, shopping center, supermarket , convenient store, dinning and cafe. such as seven-eleven, tim hortons, T&T super market, t.pot china Bistro,Korean BBQ, sushi sushi, indian raj place, and the canadian steakhouse. All of mentioned above are within 5 minutes walking distance! Also within 2kilometers, you can find the cinema, bank, canadian tire, staples, sobeys, superstore, home depot and The cardel place which includes rink, gym, swimming pool and the library. The place has very good public transportation. 1 minute walk to main bus stop and the airport bus stop is just 4 minutes walking distance away, taking on the bus, you can arrive airport within 10 minutes! A easy life without car if you stay here! This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. 1) Pls remove your shoes when entering! 2) Pls put used dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine before you leave! 3) Pls leave the suite tidy and clean as you first see it. 4) Check out is 10am.
