About this property

Our house is located above the village of Pregasio about 450 m above Lake Garda in the middle of the 'Alto Garda Bresciano' national park in a small, well-maintained complex with a pool (20 x 5 m).
3 levels and 3 separate bedrooms / bathrooms offer enough space for 6 people.
Of all rooms on the ground floor and 1st Floor you have a wonderful view over the lake to the Monte Baldo chain opposite.
The outdoor area with a large terrace and a small lawn invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house has a satellite TV + radio + CD player and an Internet connection via WLAN.
A fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher + toaster + kettle + fridge / freezer combination, coffee machine is available. There is no oven.
In the village of Pregasio there is a restaurant and a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance. The main town of the municipality Tremosine - Pieve is approx. 2 km away.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Hervorzuheben sind der tolle Ausblick, das gut ausgestattete gemütliche Haus, der gepflegte Pool und die zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

Einmalig und wunderschön!

In aller Kürze: Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft! Das Haus ist geräumig und hell und war auch, trotz der noch kühlen Außentemperaturen, sehr angenehm temperiert. Es ist alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht: Ruhe, wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Für uns ein Traumurlaub !

Eines der schönsten Urlaube seit langem. Es geht hoch hinaus aber die Aussicht ist dafür atemberaubend. Wir hatten vom Bett aus und von der Terrasse am Frühstückstisch jeden Morgen diesen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Nachbarn in der Ferienanlage und allgemein die Anwohner aus den süssen typisch italienischen Dörfern sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge gemacht aber danach auch die Ruhe dort in der Unterkunft genossen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria in der Nähe und diese war für unsere Kinder das abendliche Highlight. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns alles genau beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Unglaublich schön!!!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Objekt in einer super Lage und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Die Aussattung war toll und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. P.S. Was man wissen sollte, der Weg nach "oben" kann spannend werden ;)
