With plenty of windows facing the ocean, Avalon 2 is bright and breezy, giving you that true holiday feel. The spacious living area features comfortable lounge seating, multiple TVs, and Wi-Fi access, making it easy to relax after a day exploring Yamba. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, ensuring mealtime is effortless.

After dinner, step onto the private balcony and take in the incredible views—you might even spot dolphins playing in the surf or whales breaching in the distance (seasonal).

Ideal for a small family beachfront holiday, or a couples escape. Picture perfect with the sand and surf at your fingertips.

Very well located apartment.Several deficiencies communicated with agent. Only disappointment with Yamba was very mediocre dinner dining experience at Pacfic Hotel Do not recommend that menu for food but Coopers beer and view great.l

Overpriced - old worn and dirty

Avalon 2 needs a lot of work - very dated dirty and main bedroom and bed was covered in ants - therefore couldn’t sleep in main bedroom. Pd for two bedroom but could only sleep in 2nd room which was hot as fan was broken . The view and position was amazing- don’t recommend at all

Hi Ann, The moment you arrived myself and our cleaner came to the property to clean up some ants in the main bedroom. The fan in second bedroom did work but you felt it was noisy - when we offered to fix this - you declined. We did not hear from you again during your stay and assumed you were having a great time in this beautiful property. Dissapointed you did not enjoy your stay.

Stunning views of Convent beach

This is a s close as you can get to one of the best views in Yamba. Listen to the sound of the surf - View the sunrise over the water - great place to holiday.
