Villa Talavera is the quintessential Santa Barbara home. Completely remodeled to accentuate traditional Spanish architectural charm, this single-level 3 bed/ 2 bath home is sure to win you over during your stay on the American Riviera.

The home offers beautiful ocean and city views. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the sunny deck with a view of the islands and a glass of wine in the evening watching the lights come on across the city. Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a fireplace and copious amounts of natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped for even the most discerning family chef, and dining area offers plenty of space to eat and enjoy.

Catch some zzz's on the comfortable king-sized bed in the Master bedroom, and wake up to ocean views! The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and garden views, and the third bedroom has is a twin daybed with a trundle pull-out. The backyard is a calming oasis; fall asleep in the hammock, under the shady protection of mature oak trees, after enjoying a meal al fresco on at the outdoor dining table.

This retreat is nestled along an established road leading into the Riviera, and is conveniently located so that you are still within minutes of downtown, the beach, and the Mission. Please note that there is an attached studio apartment below the main house, but it is unoccupied except by the owner on rare occasions.

Lovely property in the Lower Riviera

Villa Talavera was a great property for our extended stay in Santa Barbara. The property was the perfect size for us as a couple who both work from home. We had plenty of room, but extra space for guests to come visit as well. The home was clean and well-stocked, with gorgeous landscaping and outdoor areas. Plus, the location was perfect – just 20 mins walk from State Street.
