Short walk to the beach. Finding entrance to parking lot under unit is a bit confusing. Condo was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, & pans. Lots of closet space in each bedroom. Storage space in laundry/utility room. Owners have lots of beach chairs for use. Umbrella rentals available right on 142nd st. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the short walk to Fisher's popcorn!

Enjoyed our stay

Unit 103 was very lovely! Furnishings and décor were well designed. Kitchen was well appointed with all of the usual needs and was well organized. The beds were comfortable -- thank you! All appliances, plumbing, etc. worked in good order. Our only beef was that we were unable to locate the second parking space easily -- once located it was way too far and very inconvenient so we decided to struggle for street parking each day.
