About this property

This beautiful villa was built in 2017, making it one of the newest and modern homes in the Florida Keys. There are numerous qualities that make this villa an ideal place to call home for your travels, such as: location, amenities, comfort, and style.

Marathon, Florida is in the middle of all the beauty and action of what the Florida Keys have to offer. Many popular attractions are just minutes away! There are many award winning and highly rated restaurants on Tripadvisor at a walking distance or short car ride away. Sombrero Beach is a public beach offering complimentary parking, outdoor grilling, kayak launching area, beach volleyball, children play area, and public restrooms. At a walking or bike ride distance from our home: Publix Supermarket, KMart, McDonalds, Walgreens, USPS, UPS, and Ice Cream Parlor to just name a few.

Our large 40 foot dock offers our guest the option to bring their boats, jetskis, and waverunners, or be able to rent them locally and have easy access to them directly from their home. The dock contains washing supplies such as a hose and an electrical outlet, all for our guests convenience. And better way to enjoy a beautiful sunny day than with a dip in the pool. Our pool offers a two person bench with a water jet and an LED light to set the perfect night time atmosphere. And now, you can enjoy the pool during winter season with our newly installed pool water heater!

This home comes equipped with all things necessary in making your vacation memorable. Beach, shower, and face towels are all included with your stay. Starter shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and shower gels are placed in each bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, large plates, salad plates, bowls, mugs, glass cups, wine glasses, and much more.

Beautiful house and pool

The house was beautiful and had a great layout with one bedroom and bath on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The pool area was perfection - covered area with table for eating and hanging out when not in the pool. The dock was fun for fishing and we used the kayaks daily. Location was right between the main road and the beach. Publix, Walgreens and Winn Dixie within walking distance. Great vacation!!

Just what I needed

This property is beautiful and set up for a great stay. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers and the beach. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare great meals. The pool and dock areas gave us lots of things to do during our stay. My grand kids and their parents enjoyed the kayaks every morning. We rented a boat and explored sandbars and restaurants in the area. Spending time with my family was perfect on this property. Thanks to the owners for the little extra care.

Great vacation

Very impressed by conditions of the home was so clean! We had everything we needed even games! Beach chairs and umbrellas were great for the beach! Would definitely recommend this house to our family and friends! Great time at the pool as well so clean and beautiful!!

Hawkins Paradise in Marathon

I have rented many vrbos through the years. I told my family this one is at the top. So much to say. Everyone was very comfortable in there bed. The place was stocked with everything plus stuff you wouldn't even expect. So.very very clean. Layout was great. Outside was built in pool just the right size heated. Over hang area with table and chairs, extra fridge, and tv. Beautiful dock with fish cleaning facility. Chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Place had to be decorated by an interior designet it was exquisite. 3 full.baths. It was perfect. We plan.on staying here again

This home is located near all that's necessary to having the ultimate Florida Keys vacation! Sombrero Beach offers so many amenities absolutely complimentary, including a kayak launch area in which you can launch the kayaks my villa provides for you. There is a bike trail that leads to the beach which allows you to take advantage of the four bikes we provide. Our backyard is an island oasis, offering a beautiful dock and private swimming pool. Bask in the sun with our lounge seating or watch your favorites sports team on our outdoor flat screen television all while enjoying outdoor grilling and a dip in the pool.
