From our 120 sqm apartment you have a beautiful view of Rosewood Lake with a tropical island and illuminated water fountain.
The apartment includes a florid typical open living / dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the 1st Floor in a secured holiday complex.
You have your own covered parking space directly in front of the house.
In the complex there is a spacious pool area (1000 sqm) and free tennis courts. The beach can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
A German-speaking contact is available on site for emergencies.
