Naples 2/2 Updated Waterfront Condo in Falling Waters Rosewood Community

Welcome to Falling Waters--a peaceful and relaxed gated condo community in Naples, Florida, one of the most desirable towns in Southwest Florida. The community has large, tropical, resort-style, heated, saltwater pool. The pool is one of the largest and most beautiful in the area, which definitely makes you feel like you are on vacation! The clubhouse has a library and many social activities (i.e. fitness classes, community dinners, card nights, potlucks, etc.) which are ongoing throughout the year. There are tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, a putting green just outside the clubhouse doors and lots of friendly neighbors. At Falling Waters you are minutes away from the beautiful Naples beach and pier, upscale as well as budget shopping opportunities, and hundreds of area restaurants from which to choose.
This second floor unit has been recently updated. It has vaulted ceilings as well as 2 screened lanais (one in front that gets afternoon sun and one in back across the width of the condo that gets the morning sun). The condo overlooks a large pond off both the living room and master bedroom You can watch birds and waterfowl during the day and enjoy the lighted bridge and fountains in the pond after dark.
Condo decor includes a new 65 inch flat screen television in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, another flat screen television, and a large walk-in closet, and sliding-glass doors to the screened lanai overlooking the pond. The master bath includes both a ceramic tiled walk-in shower and bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen television. The second bath has a bathtub/shower combination. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen has newer black, stainless appliances and is well- equipped with dishes and cookware. There is a private carport for your your car in front of the condo as well as nearby guest parking spaces.
Please allow at least fifteen business days for the required condo association rental application to be processed when considering your booking dates. Rentals from November to April (the "winter" season) need to be booked by the full calendar month--for example: January 1st to January 31st or March 1st to April 30th. Please contact owner by email with questions about policy exceptions prior to booking.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice appliances such as the dishwasher, washer and dryer. The community pool was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

A relaxing month in paradise

Our stay at Falling Waters could not have been better. Carol was very responsive to any of our questions or problems although we had no problems to speak of Her condo is well appointed and very clean and we were able to enjoy all that Naples has to offer within easy driving distance. We will definitely be back!

Great condo for your Naples stay

Property was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and in a great location. Within walking distance to the pool and clubhouse. Large TV’s in each bedroom were definitely a plus with the largest in the living room. Wonderful condo with everything you need for a perfect stay. Our second year here. Host could not be more gracious. Superb vacation.

Falling Waters ist a nice community. Great lo cation, short distance to beaches, downton, shoppingcenter- very close to everything. The condo was very clean and spacious. The view from the screened lanai was beautiful. Carol was available if we needed anything- but very respectfull to gave us privacy- perfect for a great vacation. This condo was perfect for my wife and I. All new and updated, clean, relaxing, with a spectacular pool. It is a very safe, gated community in close proximity to downtown Naples, shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Carol is a first-class host who went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary everyday items for laundry, bath, and kitchen. We will definately be returning to Falling Waters.

“High Marks” for this lovely condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Falling Waters. The condo was clean, spacious, and pleasant with all new appliances. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the paper products provided to begin our stay. I loved having my morning coffee and reading my book on the screened in lanai that faced the southeast. Carol checked in with us at the beginning of our stay and again at the end. We knew she was available if we needed anything, but she gave us our privacy. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Falling Waters, Rosewood condo

I had an amazing month of March staying at this condo at Falling Waters in Rosewood. The weather was perfect, and this condo was beautiful. Recently renovated and super clean, very large tv in living room with tv’s in both bedrooms. The large lanai looks out at a pond with fountain, very relaxing. The host Carol couldn’t have been more accommodating with any questions I had, very responsive and always forwarded any activities happening at Falling Waters This is a beautiful resort, well maintained and their enormous salt water pool is spectacular!! I would love to come back!!

A Real Gem

Prepare to relax and unwind at Carol's beautifully renovated condo. Enjoy the soothing sounds from the large fountain in the center of the lake on the furnished lanai. Grab a good book and settle into the comfortable living room furniture accurately depicted in the photos. Spend your days lounging at the tropical saltwater pool, playing tennis, or exploring local sights like the Botanical Gardens or Naples Zoo. Wonderful vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Falling Waters. The condo was as expected, very clean and comfortable. We were able to take nice walks around the community, the grounds are beautifully maintained. At the condo we spent most of our time on the back deck overlooking the pond. As well, so much to do in Naples and surrounding area. We would definitely return.

Wonderful doesn't cut it!

Just as pictured and just as wonderful! We could not have asked for a nicer condo. Perfectly situated within the community and close to highways and Old Naples. The owner thought of everything that one would need for a perfect vacation. In fact, we are booked again for next year. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Fantastic Condo!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this luxurious condo. It had all the comforts of home, was very well maintained and in close proximity to Naples and all of the other cities and towns in Southwest Florida The owner was very gracious, an absolute joy to work with. The pool and clubhouse were amazing! The owner even provided beach chairs, mats, an umbrella and a cooler to make our experience at the beach a full day experience! We will definitely be back the next time we make our way down to the ever beautiful Naples!!

Wonderful stay in Falling Waters

My husband and I stayed at this condo for one month. The condo was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai each morning listening to the sound of the water fountain . The community of FW is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Resort style pool was amazing! Great communication with the owner. Overall our one month stay was wonderful and we’d recommend the property to anyone.

Lovely condo. Fully outfitted, just bring your clothes and hit the supermarket. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner. We loved Falling Waters . Resort style pool, club house, tennis and bocce courts. Would come back again!

Roomy, Clean, Spacious, and Relaxing Condo

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the owner considered every possible need we had in terms of items and supplies. The cathedral ceilings provide an open and spacious feeling and the leather couches were extremely comfortable. Lots of bathroom space and closet/drawers space for all your clothes and extras. You will need a car to get around Naples, but the pool was fantastic and you can take walks with sufficient shade with the mature vegetation. I have no hesitation recommending this condo to others.

Despite the virus situation our stay was wonderful

The owners did a wonderful remake of their home. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. Beautiful screened Lenai overlooking pond. Many smart TVs. There is a large pool and a very nice club house. Normally there are many activities. Because of the virus alert all activities have been suspended as well as use of the pool.

all that it has to offer--the weather, the beach, the water, the recreational activities,
the shopping, the restaurants, and the many nice people that come down seasonally or for retirement. My husband and I are retired in Naples and live near Falling Waters.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because we live nearby and wanted to share the Naples experience with others. We especially enjoy the resort-type pool and tropical setting
in the Falling Waters community. Falling Waters is a very welcoming community for
both residents and renters alike.
