second floor loft within apartment
This is a beautiful sunny maisonette apartment 130 m on the 7th floor with 2 large terraces with a view of Athens and the Acropolis and the most amazing sunsets .The second floor of apartment is being rented which i describe in detail further down.
Walking distance to metro ,Kolonaki, Omonia and in general with 3-5 euros cab fare you can be in the heart of athens and visit acropolis.You will be staying on the second floor or the apartment which can accommodate 1-3 people.It consists of 1 bedroom with a large twin bed( most couples sleep there)and a second open area that is a living room with a couch that converts into a double bed both orthopedic new mattresses.Full bath,mini fridge and the use of the terrace shown in pictures.You can also use the other spaces of the house within agreement
Must be made clear only the second floor is rented and i will be occupying
the first floor with my 2 toy dogs(they are confined in their own space)As soon as the front door of the apartment is open there is a staircase that leads directly to the second floor so you don't have to interact or see anyone if you don't want to.Very clean and quite loft

Άψογα...
Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, αν επιθυμείς να κινηθείς στο κ έντρο. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι εξαιρετική. Η ιδιοκτήτρια, φιλική κ πρόσχαρη, με διάθεση να μας βοηθήσει, σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Η καθαριότητα ήταν εξαιρετική. Όλα ήταν άψογα.
