There is a Drive In Theater located south of Beulah called the Cherry Bowl. It is only on of a few left in Michigan.
M 22 offers a variety of day hikes out to Lake Michigan from a variety of trailheads located all along the highway.
and it is considered one of the most scenic drives in the country featuring great views of Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Frankfort is just a few miles west of our cottage and is a beautiful port city with many restaurants and unique shopping stores. Empire and Glen Arbor are two quaint cities located just north of Frankfort off of M 22. Traverse City located just 35 miles north of Beulah is well know for it's many wine tasting locations, restaurants (Apache Trout and Jolly Pumpkin) and great view of the bays.

Jack Manciu purchased this House in 2004
Why Jack Manciu chose Beulah
Our cottage is just far enough away from Beulah that it avoids the noise of the small town associated with the traffic that it experiences. Most people spend most of their time outside, and we have a great deck at the end of our dock (see picture) that sets over the water. Great for sunsets and reading as well as swimming.
What makes this House unique
Beautiful sunsets, nice bike rides, and great camp fires in the evening. Boating and swimming are great. We also have a great dock that T's at the end and gives you a deck right over the water.
