Beautifull apartment located in Cerrado de Calderon, One of the best areas of Malaga, safe at night and all amenities closeby. This area is a great way to visit Malaga, Located close to the boulevard/beach with it's spanish restaurants/bars, and close to the historic centre of Malaga.
Free and safe parking infront of the apartment,public bus, taxi stand, shops and restaurants at 3 min walking. Going to the beach is just 8min walking down the hill.

please note, you need to walk up serveral stairs to enter the apartment. Therefor it is peaceful and has stunning views overseening the valley and sea!

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben . Sehr schöne ruhige Gegend. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Man sollte den Weg zum Strand aber nicht unterschätzen. Es wurde sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Apartment with spectacular view

The host, Martin, was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay in Malaga. It was in a perfect location for us to enjoy both the beaches and city center. The views from the terrace and apartment and the feeling they invoked made us not want to ever leave!

Perfect Apartment for a getaway

The apartment was perfect for two and has a beautiful veranda for relaxing. The stairs to the primary bedroom are steep but easily managed. Martin is a wonderful host, he provided clear, concise directions for access as well as many suggestions for restaurants. The neighborhood offers coffee shops and numerous dining options. You are a short walk to the beach and the the historic sites.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement et sa grande terrasse très agréable pour se reposer après de longues balades dans la ville. Super quartier tranquille avec quelques commerces et arrêt de bus. Martin a été réactif à nos demandes et nous a communiqué quelques bonnes adresses. A refaire !

Bel emplacent avec grande terrasse.

Séjour agréable. L'endroit est bien situé à proximité de Malaga, emplacements de parking dans la rue. Appartement agréable, avec une très grande terrasse et une belle vue avec la mer au loin. La chambre et la salle de bain sont à l'étage, l'escalier est raide (cf photos de l'annonce), on s'y habitue.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

War eine kleine aber feine FW. Für 2-3 Leute völlig ausreichend. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Man hat einen super Ausblick!!! Zum Supermarkt und Restaurants ist es nicht weit.Hat man Fragen, kann man sich an Martin wenden, er hilft immer weiter. Sehr gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Malaga. Die Wohnung ist schön, allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man kein Fahrzeug hat, da sie auf einem Berg liegt. Das Schlafzimmer oben und das Bad sind über eine relativ steile Treppe zu erreichen. Ich würde sagen für ältere Menschen eher ungeeignet. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Wir haben die Aussicht sehr genossen. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung über 2 Ebenen

Wirklich alles wie im Inserat. Ruhige und denoch zentrale Lage in Cerrado de Calderón. Immer genug Parkplätze in der Nähe. Man muss sehr gut zu Fuß sein, viele Stufen von der Straße bis zur Wohnung, Sehr steile und schmale Treppe EG- OG in der FEWO. Dafür super schöne Aussicht aus den Fenstern OG mit Meerblick. Die Terasse ist ein Highlight, sehr groß und ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Zum Zentrum Malaga zu Fuß 5 Kilometer, gute Busverbindungen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und sonstige Ausflüge um Malaga und Umgebung zu erleben Super netter Vermieter, wohnt in der Nähe, sehr höflich und stets hilfsbereit und erreichbar bei allen Fragen und Anliegen.

Klasse Urlaub

Das Objekt liegt traumhaft, man sollte nur fit sein, denn der Weg in die Wohnung ist stufenreich. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, wir sind extra immer eher vom Strand zurück, damit man sie noch vor dem Abendessen genießen konnte. Fussläufig gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten einkaufen und essen zu gehen. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da. Ebenso war der Kontakt zum Vermieter super, wenn man mal eine Frage hatte wurde direkt per WhatsApp geantwortet.

Absolutely Fantastic

A really fantastic holiday stay, could not be happier. On the downside, you need to walk up a long hill and a lot of steps to get to the property but do you ever get your reward for the climb... You have wonderful views accross the valley and out to the sea, and the most fantastic sun terrace to admire the view from and soak up the rays. Most importantly, for folk like me who don't take the sun, there was also plenty of shade for me to sit outside in comfortably whilst my partner lay in the Sun. The apartment is very compact, but has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday and is really well designed. While the huge outdoor terrace is the biggest attraction, having a superb host also helps. It also doesn't hurt to have a nice little village on your doorstep with good shops, pizzeria, bakery etc. in what seems to be one of the most exclusive suburbs of Malaga. 15 minutes stroll down the hill and you are at fabulous beaches, take a swim or step on a pay as you go scooter to whizz into the old city in another 15 minutes. I have travelled extensively over many years, and I can honestly say, bang per buck, this is one of the very best stays I have ever had. I hope to be back soon.

Stille med mulighed for at forbedre konditionen

God lille lejlighed med en dejlig stor terrasse. Dog er den indvendige trappe stejl. Og central med gode busforbindelser til Malaga centrum samt stranden tæt på.
