Nice appartment for family

We had a lovely stay at the appartment in Pedregalejo. It had everything we needed. Two bedrooms with AC, a small but well equiped kitchen, nice living room with sofa, AC, TV and big diner table. Great balcony and facilitaties to enjoy our stay. Would really recommend families to stay here. The area is quiet. Short walking distance to the supermarket, beach, restaurants and bus stop. Communication with host was excellent - via e-mail and phone messages. He responded quickly.

A great apartment in a superb location

My friend and I wanted somewhere for our stay near the beach, eating places, bus routes and close to Malaga centre. This place was perfect. It felt very safe and secure. Large bedrooms with plenty of hanging spaces, peaceful, a great balcony and eating/ living space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we relaxed, chilled properly. Our host was contactable during our stay, if required. We've returned home with very warm memories and would happily stay there again if we were to return to Pedregalejo in the future. Airy, well equipped apartment. Fab location.

We stayed at the apartment in July/August for two weeks. There were just two of us and there was lots of space. The rooms are airy with high ceilings. The balcony runs the width of the back of the apartment and is quiet as it’s away from the road. The apartment has air conditioning, we were so grateful for that. Both bedrooms and the lounge have their own units. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, all in good condition. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from a great cafe, ice cream parlour, supermarket, the beach is a tiny bit further, the bus stop is 2 minutes away and buses are cheap and frequent Into Malaga - well worth a few visits (20 minutes on bus), €1.40 each way. There are loads of bars and restaurants on the sea front. We loved our holiday, we loved the area and the apartment gave us a great base. We were very comfortable.

Wonderful experience

The object Haa everything one needs for a pleasant holiday, the host is always helpful and accommodating. Small supermarket nearby, bigger supermarket to be reachable by car. Lots of restaurants and the beach nearby.

Nice home in Pedregalejo

Martin’s place is located in a quiet side street 5 minutes from the popular beach of Pedregalejo. I just returned from a 5 week stay and had a great experience. The apartment was nicely decorated and sunny, heating (rather important in January and early February) worked well. The place was clean, check in without problem and any issues were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Grocery store, pharmacy, bakery and many nice restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Bus stop also. I ride downtown takes about 15 min. and is very reasonable . I can highly recommend this place and this host. I will definitely return.

Jederzeit wieder!

Uns hat die Unterkunft gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr bequem. Einerseits kommt man sehr schnell ins Zentrum von Malaga mit sehr oft frequentierten Bus-Linien. Andererseits ist man auch in 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn, was für die Tagesausflüge perfekt ist.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage

Zentrale Lage mit kurzem Fußweg zum Strand und sehr gute Busanbindung nach Malaga Stadt. Sehr schöne Strandpromenade mit verschiedenen Restaurants, die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Geräumige Wohnung mit sehr guter Klimaanlage, jedoch kein privater Parkplatz. Öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße.

Ein guter Ort um von hier aus Meer, Malaga und Andalusien zu erkunden

Wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Alle Zimmer mit flotten Klimaanlagen und sehr ordentlichem WLAN. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Achtung: In der deutschen Objektbeschreibung steht unter Allgemeines: Parkplatz. Es handelt sich dabei um keinen gesonderten Parkplatz der zur Wohnung oder zum Haus gehört sondern um normale öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Die sind häufig knapp. Wir werden wiederkommen!

I loved it!

Spacious living & dining room. Efficient heating here & in bedrooms very welcome as the weather cold at night. We are pensioners & felt the cold very much in the bathroom. Perhaps a heated towel rail a good idea? Excellent shower & bags of hot water. Also excellent wi-fi. Area very quiet with good facilities nearby. Especially enjoyed walking by the sea, the fish restaurant just a few minutes away & the regular buses into the centre.

Great apt in super location-value for money

We spent 4 weeks in the upstairs apt of this property and it was perfectly suited for 2-3 people. The location is excellent, just a short, flat stroll to the beach bars and restaurants of pedregalejo. It is a 35 min seafront walk to Malaga town, but the bus ride is very short and cheap from virtually outside. The property was clean and very well maintained with modern furniture and fittings. The only negative for us is that the kitchen was a little small and lacked an oven, which for a shorter stay would probably not have mattered for us. The balcony received great sun in the afternoon although we didn’t use the garden at all. The area is more residential than most holiday rentals that we have found before in Malaga town and it was really nice to live more like a local. Most of the visitors to the beach areas were spanish. Lastly Martin was an excellent host, unobtrusive but close at hand if needed. When we had an issue with the hot water system he responded immediately. All in all a great apt in super location which we found good value for money. Would certainly return.

Apartamento en Pedregalejo

Un apartamento funcional, limpio y acogedor, a cinco minutos de la playa. Martin se preocupa de que estés a gusto en su casa y todo es exactamente como se indica en el anuncio. Pedregalejo es un barrio muy turístico, en él conviven el concurridísimo paseo de la playa con las calles traseras donde la gente se sienta a charlar y a tomar el aire, como en un pueblecito. Hay varias lineas de autobús, con parada muy cerca del apartamento, que te llevan al centro de Málaga en diez minutos. Muchísimos restaurantes y bares de copas en la playa, así como supermercados a pocos minutos andando. Perfecto para pasar unos días agradables.

We really loved the apartment in terms of facilities and location. Martin is a great landlord.

Calle Juan Valera is in Pedregalejo, a forty minute walk along the coast to the east of the city. There is an excellent bus service for those who don't fancy the walk. The road is two streets back from the coast with a supermarket and bakery nearby. The coastal strip has a line of fish restaurants and bars and is very busy at the weekends. The local favourite, esparto de sardinas is excellent and very reasonably priced. Although the beach itself isn't great, the swimming is excellent and the breakwaters help to give an element of privacy, rather than one unbroken stretch of beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and lovely bright airy living and dining space. There is a private garden to the front and a balcony at the back. Sunshine all day, if you want it. Landlord, Martin, is a treasure. Any small problems, requests or questions are dealt with promptly. Overall, well worth a visit.
