This charming house in the Pedregalejo neighbourhood, with capacity for five people, is located less than 50 metres from the beach and the seafront promenade, ideal for a family or friends holiday. 🌊🍴 Enjoy the tranquillity and comfort of a modern 78 m² accommodation distributed over two floors, with architecture that includes a front patio that provides access to the kitchen and dining room, and an independent living room with sofa bed to accommodate the fourth and fifth person. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more, offers the necessary space to prepare your meals without worries. 🍳✨

The main bedroom is on the upper floor, divided into two areas connected by a dressing room: a double bed and a single bed with access to a terrace, very bright spaces that invite rest. 🛏️☀️ The bathroom includes a shower tray for greater comfort. In addition, the house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, electric radiator heating, two fans, and WiFi internet access so you can always be connected. 📶❄️
Located in an area with excellent communication, you will be able to move easily both by public transport —just 50 metres from the urban bus stop— and by car, to explore the Costa del Sol, Nerja, Rincón de la Victoria and more. 🚗🚌 Although the accommodation does not have its own parking, accessibility is excellent for discovering the province of Málaga and its surroundings.
