DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE JUST AT VERY TOP AT GREEN ROOF
1.turn all the lights off when not using PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFULL WITH THAT. WE'RE ARE GOING THROUGH HARD OVER TAXES ON ENERGY IN BRAZIL AND IT IS THE HIGHEST COST OF THIS PROPERTY.
2.wash the dishes you use, and put it on its place, later
3.clean stove/oven and other instruments you use for cooking
4.Turn air conditioning or fan off when not using, use stoll to reach it
5. DO NOT ENTER WITH SAND on FEET AT HOME, please. there is a tap on the garage to clean it. same thing for your beach utensils or board.
6.Hang your laundry at floor hanger in the terrace and put it back when dried
7. If desired you can use your netflix or buy extension cable. We'll have an HDMI wire.
8. Close all the windows when raining or leaving the apartment
9. DO NOT FORGET to lock the front door when leave or get inside
10.Microwave and some of the kitchen features please when needed, take MUCH care. DO NOT INSERT ANY METAL INSIDE!
11.Using the outside shower and all chairs is allowed but take folded chairs back to it's place after using and leave it sheltered by the glass roof
12.Do not bring any visitor’s to the house but you can arrange w/ me if want to have visits, dinner parties. If you need them to call at my number, but please do advise me first.
13.When use shower or bathtub , clean it from your hair and mess after. Including towell & carpets, take wet ones to dry outside.
14.PLASE Help the plants survive when I´m travelling, watering it outside and inside. Nature and me will be very thankfull!
15.Take the trash outside at door trashcan when it is full or stinking
16.Distribute trash at different trashcans such as organic or dry litter
17.DO NOT BRING ANY FOOD TO THE ROOM , it attracts roaches and flies
18.Do not be afraid of some domestic animals such as lizards, ants, bees or flies
19.Bats can rarely show, open all the windows, they go away or CALL ANTONIO, the doorman. the apartment has screen protection so now is even more rare. Monkeys comes often.
21.Cockroaches are common in Brazil use a broom or sandal to kill if you are brave!
22.The apartment is imunized once a year so let us know if you see any of them so we'll call imunization right away
23.Do not leave any rest of food at kitchen, garden, living or room to avoid ants, roaches and so.
24.Avoid leave kitchen windows above the stove opened when have fruits.Monkeys loves it!
25.DO NOT FEED THEM even when they look pretty and lovely… they can get poisoned and won't leave the place!
26.When there's trouble please, let us know FIRST before you do something wrong.
27. if you brake something, you must tell me. ASK FIRST before you waste your money bying chinese trash to replace…. we can manage by the deposit and checking at internet the prices but DO NOT FORGET if it needs labour and if the damage can cancel my next reservation.
28.Do not give our address TO NO ONE or make comments of the place to strangers
29.PARTIES are NOT allowed WHATSOEVER otherwise i´ll ask to leave. A diner w friends, yes, when authorized.
30.Any trouble with anything you don´t know, ask me, Penha the maid or Antonio the doorman. They'll be happy to help you.
31.He can also help bringing up shopping bags but at his working hours 9:00 to 6:00. If you feel like tiping them, i would recommend 30 to 50,00 reais
