Otima localizacao

Apto bom, confortável, excelente localização, limpo, boas roupas de. Ama e banho. Porem 1 dos quartos que fica de frente para rua é bem barulhento e claro.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no aconchegante apartamento da Vera! Bem localizado, muito limpo e bem equipado, o apartamento é uma ótima opção para famílias e grupos pequenos de amigos. Fica pertinho da praia e é super familiar e tranquilo. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente e fomos muito bem recebidos pela auxiliar, Dona Tereza - uma simpatia de pessoa e muito disponível e disposta para nos ajudar a ter uma estadia tranquila e confortável. Fiquei muito encantada desde o começo, com toda atenção da proprietária quando comecei a ver a disponibilidade do apto! Sempre muito solicita e educada! Tudo Perfeito

Fiquei em durante o rock in rio 2015 no apartamento da vera, recomendo muito, alem de ser perto da praia e de otimos restaurantes e mercados, o apartamento esta muito bem cuidado e muito bem decorado, alem da vera ser uma otima pessoa, super atenciosa e cuidadosa com tudo. modern, clean, close to the beach

Stayed 15 days during the world cup. The property is clean and modern and is located 1 block from the beach in a 4 story building where each floor is occupied by 1 apartment only. There is a doorman during the day and the area (Leblon) is safe. The apartment is on the first floor so you do get quite a bit of the street noise but other than that we had a great stay. The landlord and cleaning lady do not speak any English but we made good use of Google translate when needed. There is a washing machine within the apartment and a super market 2 blocks away. Also shopping Leblon mall is 2 blocks away so very convenient. Great stay over all. Thanks for the hospitality.

Excelente apartamento ao lado da praia.

Apartamento totalmente limpo ao chegarmos, pois eles tem uma excelente secretária, cujo nome é Tereza. Muito fácil o contato com os proprietários, caso haja alguma dúvida. O apartamento fica na rua paralela a rua da praia, facilitando demais o acesso a praia. As suítes nos serviram muito bem, os banheiros limpos e cheirosos. Tem 1 vaga de garagem. Logo logo estarei de volta ao apartamento, de preferência na Copa. Muito obrigado pela excelente recepção.

A melhor forma de se hospedar

O Rio de Janeiro continua lindo.. Porém, só se a hospedagem for neste imovél, o qual apresenta uma localização incomparável, uma decoração impressionante e um conforto jamais visto. Com certeza voltarei para poder conhecer um pouco mais desta cidade maravilhosa com esta hospedagem relaxante! Super recomendo ?

Otimo;mas pode melhorar mais.

Fiquei bem satisfeita,fui muito bem recebida.O imóvel em ótima conservação,e limpo. Mas em uma critica construtiva,os ar condicionados sao um pouco barulhento e alguns útensilhos na cozinha que não estão em bom estado de uso.Mas recomendo o imóvel,em ótima localização com certeza eu voltaria.
